“Fun time for all the family!” My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights with our 1 1/2 yr old in September. I'm slightly reluctant when writing this review because we liked this place so much and will definitely be back so I just hope we we do come to book again word hasn't spread too far and it's all booked up! If you have kids then this is the place to be, the farm has a wonderful welcoming feel about it and you instantly are made to feel at home by Piers and his family. The only difference is your new home is full of the friendliest farm animals anyone could hope for! Our little girl loved it. There was never a dull moment. And for the adults the location is fantastic and very close to places like Bantham, Salcambe, BeeSands, Torcross Blackpool Sands and even Dartmouth and Totnes are only a short hop away. All in all a fantastic holiday, we will definitely be back!

“Lovely, cosy cottage in the heart of the South Hams” We stayed in Rose Cottage over the Christmas week and thoroughly enjoyed our break even though we were really unlucky with the weather! The cottage is really cosy and has been renovated beautifully, the kitchen/dining/lounge area is very well laid out and we found the bed wonderfully comfortable. The log burner made for a welcome sight following our wet and windy days out, and we made good use of it. Piers is friendly and helpful and the welcome hamper was a lovely touch, filled with lots of local goodies, including eggs from the farm. We didn't get a chance to wander around the farm due to the almost incessant downpours, but we did manage to get out and about with trips to Dartmouth, Plymouth, Newton Abbott and of course Kingsbridge. We even managed to visit Bigbury on Sea on the only sunny afternoon of the whole week! Great fun to watch the kite and wind surfers whilst sipping a cup of hot chocolate at the Venus Cafe. All in all it was a lovely week and I'd definitely recommend the cottage and wouldn't hesitate to return (preferably in better weather!)
