“Wonderful family accommodation with exceptional hosts” A well equipped cottage with all we needed to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable stay. When we asked to extend, Maria & Robin, searched for an alternative for the three nights that had been previously booked and offered them to us. Ever tentative and welcoming, Maria, Robin, Isabella, and Oscar made us all welcome and we enjoyed sitting in the sunshine near the pool. Highly recommend - the proximity to the A21 is NOT a problem with the sounds buffered by double glazing and the tree line.

“Very comfortable, spacious, well equipped accommodation” This accommodation is well placed for access to all area's of Thanet, it is within walking distance of good pubs and restaurants. The accommodation is exceptionally well equipped and the furniture and fittings and decoration are of a very high quality. There is ample car parking space but unfortunately it is not possible to turn a car around so you have to reverse on to a busy main road. the locals must be used to this practice in this area and were very accomodating in stopping to let us out of the drive

“Convenient location for everything” Lovely apartment, clean and well equipped - we felt at home immediately. The parking space was very much appreciated. (For some reason the council have decided to charge £4 to park for one hour.) In fact we didn't use the car once we arrived as everything was close by - beach, shops, restaurants, cinema and pubs. The only thing I wish I had known in advance was that there are 16 steps from the bedroom to the bathroom, which 2/3 times a night was quite a work-out for my poor old tired legs. This may have affected my decision, but if it had I would have missed out on 3 nights in a lovely big comfortable bed. The owner is lovely and was very helpful with all our queries.

“Home from home” This is not just a holiday let this is a home from home. Within an hour of arriving everything felt very familiar and cosy. It is an ideal base both within Deal and the surrounding areas. Parking and the beach literally on your doorstep. The linen and bedding was very clean and soft. The house itself is very warm and there is no shortage of hot water. Utensils, crockery and cutlery all in abundance. The gifts left by the owner on arrival are a lovely touch. I recommend the Smugglers Inn, St Margarets on Cliffe for a meal, great chef.
