“Beyond expectations” A superb villa with a view to kill and brilliant facilities. The infinity pool and jacuzzi were great places to sit and reflect. Kalkan is a great family location with plentiful restaurants and the friendliest people. A day on the boats is recommended with the Yildiz seemingly one of the real favourites. All in all - heartily recommended for families and we'll be back.

“Perfect in every way!” Now we are home and settled, I wanted to write to tell you what a wonderful holiday we have had. We spent 16 nights in your apartment and still wanted longer! Kalkan is a wonderful place which we will definitely be visiting again and your apartment is ideally located - even with the hill!! As soon as we arrived, I found my favourite place upon the upper terrace and spent many evenings looking out across the bay. The pools were ideally situated and perfect for cooling off in; they often felt like our own private pools as it was very quiet. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and cleaned regularly during our stay. We hope to be able to visit again soon. Nicki

“Superb” Family of four, 1 week. The villa was exactly as described and great in every aspect. We have been coming to Kalkan for over 10 years and our usual villa was booked. We rate this villa right up there for its space, layout, location, comfort, cleanliness...everything! The owner Julie, was very communicative, prompt and helpful - and a pleasure to deal with.

“Truly Wonderful Villa” As a family of four we have been to Kalkan on a number of occasions and this ranked right up there with the best. Very well located with fantastic views right down to the harbour, this great villa was everything we wanted and more!!! The owners were very helpful in the lead up to our visit and nothing was too much trouble whilst we were there. We would highly recommend this Villa to anyone wishing to enjoy a relaxing holiday in this most wonderful location

“Fantastic” Had a wonderful holiday in Kalkan, First time to Turkey and we all found Kalkan a great place. The apartment is exactly as described . The new owner Mavis was very helpful and the view is amazing . Would highly recommend and we are hoping to book again for next year. The walk in to town is a lovely 15 minute stroll but ladies dont bother taking anything other than flat shoes as it is just a rocky walkway . Highly recommended for a fantastic holiday.

“Great location just outside Kalkan” Lovely villa in a great location, just short water taxi to Kalkan. The owner looked after us and all our needs eg transfers and car hire. Just a personal thing the beds were extremely hard as were the pillows but like I say a personal pref. The pool was very warm without heating and a good size for the villa. Air con was superb and all fixtures and fittings worked. The beach club next door is great for relaxing and playing alike and was not noisy at night.

“We had a wonderful stay a beautiful villa with stunning views” We stayed at Villa Sea Breeze with a group of friends and it was perfect. The villa is very tastefully decorated and well equipped to cater for all ages and to give everyone plenty of space. The views are amazing and you never tire of looking out at the bay from the infinity pool. The bar, pool table and table tennis area was ideal to keep the adults and kids equally entertained. One evening we booked a chef to come into the villa and cook for the group which was wonderful and I would thoroughly recommend this. We hope we are able to return to Villa Sea Breeze as was one of our best holidays and the accommodation offering was superb a real home from home.

“Relaxing Stay” On my second visit to Kalkan I stayed in the apartment, which was clean, well decorated and roomy with all you would need if you wanted to eat in for the evening which I never did as there are far to many good restaurants to pass up the opportunity to try. Fully air-conditioned if needed but at the time I stayed it wasn't needed, the outside terrace area is private and is more than ample, I would go as far as to say large for the apartment and a short few strides away from the first pool where you could pick up the sun again after it had moved off the terrace around 2 -3 in the afternoon. It is really close to the centre of Town and depending on your route you could avoid the steep hills if you so wanted. A very nice apartment and would look to stay there again.

“Relaxation in the extreme” Chrissy was easy to deal with throughout the booking. The villa has very easy entertaining space and we particularly liked the pool terrace. I also have to mention the beautiful garden and the views. The ottoman seating area on the roof terrace provides privacy and is a nice touch. It is situated further than I thought it would be from the lovely old town of Kalkan so some people would want to take advantage of the excellent taxi option instead of walking back home. This was our third visit to Kalkan and we will definitely visit again.

“The perfect holiday paradise” Sea apartment at the Emir complex was a fantastic place to stay. Everything you could want for the perfect holiday. The apartment is well equipped, beds comfy and a modern bathroom with great shower. My teenage daughter loved the accommodation and the complex, we stayed out of season so had the beautiful pool and surround practically to ourselves. Well positioned for all in Kalkan. The owner information advice and helpfulness a must, she even sorted transfers from Dalaman which made for a seamless transition would highly recommend .
