“Beyond expectations” A superb villa with a view to kill and brilliant facilities. The infinity pool and jacuzzi were great places to sit and reflect. Kalkan is a great family location with plentiful restaurants and the friendliest people. A day on the boats is recommended with the Yildiz seemingly one of the real favourites. All in all - heartily recommended for families and we'll be back.

“Superb” Family of four, 1 week. The villa was exactly as described and great in every aspect. We have been coming to Kalkan for over 10 years and our usual villa was booked. We rate this villa right up there for its space, layout, location, comfort, cleanliness...everything! The owner Julie, was very communicative, prompt and helpful - and a pleasure to deal with.

“One word... Fantastic” We visited the villa as a large family of 12 to celebrate some special birthdays. 21st, 50th and 80th, we wanted somewhere special that would be suitable for all the age groups and Serenity villa 2 exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived at the airport we were all overwhelmed with how helpful and accommodating our transfer driver was providing us with cold bottles of water and cold cloths. The 1hr 30 mins transfer was comfortable and went really quickly (Brave tours). Upon arriving at the villa we were all so gob smacked as to how amazing the view were and how magnificent the living room / kitchen was when we first walked into the villa. The property manager Billy showed us round and answered any questions we had (lovely chap, extremely helpful) and he provided us with a turkish mobile incase we had any questions and delivered water for the water cooler whenever we needed. Every room was immaculate and had an amazing view. The infinity pool, jacuzzi, pool table and ping pong kept all ages occupied during the day and we made use of the fantastic BBQ on some of the evenings. I would recommend booking a boat trip from the harbour, as we were a family of 12 we could hire one exclusively to ourselves (yildiz 2) which was a great day and got to cover ourselves in mud on one of the beaches. All in all we had an amazing holiday and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone, we will certainly be revisiting.

“Truly Wonderful Villa” As a family of four we have been to Kalkan on a number of occasions and this ranked right up there with the best. Very well located with fantastic views right down to the harbour, this great villa was everything we wanted and more!!! The owners were very helpful in the lead up to our visit and nothing was too much trouble whilst we were there. We would highly recommend this Villa to anyone wishing to enjoy a relaxing holiday in this most wonderful location

“Great location just outside Kalkan” Lovely villa in a great location, just short water taxi to Kalkan. The owner looked after us and all our needs eg transfers and car hire. Just a personal thing the beds were extremely hard as were the pillows but like I say a personal pref. The pool was very warm without heating and a good size for the villa. Air con was superb and all fixtures and fittings worked. The beach club next door is great for relaxing and playing alike and was not noisy at night.

“We had a wonderful stay a beautiful villa with stunning views” We stayed at Villa Sea Breeze with a group of friends and it was perfect. The villa is very tastefully decorated and well equipped to cater for all ages and to give everyone plenty of space. The views are amazing and you never tire of looking out at the bay from the infinity pool. The bar, pool table and table tennis area was ideal to keep the adults and kids equally entertained. One evening we booked a chef to come into the villa and cook for the group which was wonderful and I would thoroughly recommend this. We hope we are able to return to Villa Sea Breeze as was one of our best holidays and the accommodation offering was superb a real home from home.

“Relaxation in the extreme” Chrissy was easy to deal with throughout the booking. The villa has very easy entertaining space and we particularly liked the pool terrace. I also have to mention the beautiful garden and the views. The ottoman seating area on the roof terrace provides privacy and is a nice touch. It is situated further than I thought it would be from the lovely old town of Kalkan so some people would want to take advantage of the excellent taxi option instead of walking back home. This was our third visit to Kalkan and we will definitely visit again.

“Lovely villa in good location” Villa Guzel looks good in the listing and lives up to expectations. The pool and outside areas are of a really good size especially for Kalkan, not overlooked and really quite private. There are a couple of nice shaded areas for eating or reading. The pool is a really good size with wide steps in. The bedrooms are also really large and each has it's own bathroom which is really essential when travelling with teenage daughters as we did. The upstairs master double has a huge balcony with barbecue and table and chairs for six, which we did not use but would be fantastic for a night in. It's a really steep downhill walk into Kalkan, a taxi back is pretty essential and costs about 12 lira or so. There is an excellent little restaurant called Our Home just down the road, it serves really reasonable meals and does a take away service too. Ideal for your first day when you've not yet made it to the shop. Overall we had a lovely week at Villa Guzel and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

“Fantastic location, superb villa, lovely pool” First trip to Kalkan for myself and my husband, second time for our friends and we could not have picked a better villa or a better location. Perfect position for a short stroll to all the local restaurants & shops but private and quiet enough to escape. Amazing view from roof terrace, very high quality villa with quality fixtures, fittings and soft furnishings. Very clean. Gret pool and pool terrace. In-obtrusive poolman/gardener. Owners emailed oceans of information prior to departure and were very helpful, keeping us informed at every stage. WIll be returning!!
