A separate bathroom with a large corner bath is off the main hallway.
The living area is excellent.... large corner couches slouch across the slate floors in the main lounge and sun drenched conservatory. The views from the open plan living space are spectacular taking in the everchanging ocean. With a large 50" TV with Freeview, an excellent sound system and WIFI, you can be entertained whatever the weather. Coral sculptures from Morocco and local paintings adorn the walls throughout.
The kitchen/diner area branch off from the main lounge. The dining area can seat 10 comfortably with french doors leading out onto the side patio. The kitchen is a mix of reflective black, rich wood and stainless steel and includes a dishwasher, toaster, microwave, electric oven & hob and a large fridge/freezer. There is a TV on the corner wall above the dining table for cooking company. There is a utility room which includes another sink and a washer / dryer machine.
A wonderful garden with a sloping lawn, beautiful flowers beds, a paved patio that surrounds the home with two outdoor table sets and a BBQ area. The hot tub is positioned perfectly to take in the Island views it has a built in CD player and the owner lives next door so is at hand to maintain it when needed.
