In a striking building that was once a school it this bright apartment that has unique design and an individual character using bright colours and beautiful artwork. Situated in a residential square with access to community gardens, is this colourful 3 bedroom family home in Vauxhall, South West London. This neighbourhood is favoured for its proximity to the River as well as to the West End and Westminster which can be reached in just 10 minutes on the Underground or 20 minutes by bus. On the ground floor of the house is the main living room looking out over the front street. With bright yellow walls, a comfortable sofa and a fireplace, this inviting room offers a place to put your feet up and relax after a day in the City! The sofa can also be made into a double bed to accommodate two guests comfortably. The main corridor leads you further to the laundry room at the rear of the house, with its access to a small paved outdoor area. The communal gardens can be accessed separately, by walking around the block to the main gate. The laundry/utilities room is fully equipped with a washing machine and heated dryer etc. The family bathroom on the ground floor is fitted with a small bathtub/shower and square basin. On the first floor of the house there is a very handy laundry shoot to the left, and then a bedroom with bold blue walls and a balcony looking over the gardens.
