Our beautiful home is part of the Rotonda community in Englewood, where the white sandy shores are lapped by gentle waves from the Gulf of Mexico. Englewood has something for everyone to enjoy, from pristine nature parks with abundant wildlife, idyllic and safe beaches, and great restaurants through to swimming, boating, fishing and golf … and, of course, just relaxing!
There are no big crowds here and the area’s beaches are one of Florida's Best Kept Secrets. To the south of Rotonda lays a string of barrier islands, the largest of which is Gasparilla Island, with its quaint town of Boca Grande and historic peninsula lighthouse.
All beaches and nature reserves are easily accessible yet quiet and remote enough to attract abundant bird life, dolphins, sea turtles and other wildlife. Here you can sink your toes into soft white sand while searching for exotic seashells and watching the pelicans diving and dolphins playing.

Sanctuary Villa will be newly built and completed in late 2006 and ideal for exploring all areas of Florida. Orlando is but a two hour drive with all that it has to offer with the fantastic theme parks on offer and superb shopping.
If you would like to drive a bit further then you could visit the Kennedy Space Centre based on the Atlantic coast and a three hour drive from our Villa.To the North of our Villa is Tampa Bay .Take a trip to Busch Gardens or explore Tampa itself. Take in concerts and fine dining.
To the South of our Villa are the famous Florida everglades and if you keep going south the beautiful Florida Keys. The whole area around our villa is easily accessible from the Interstate 75. Fort Myers and the Islands of Sanbel and Captiva lie to the South and are are 1 hour's drive.
Englewood / Rotonda area
Rotonda is one of the small, delightful communities located on the Cape Haze Peninsula in Charlotte County in the south Gulf Coast of Florida. This is a tranquil area of unspoiled natural beauty and a rich history. Cape Haze Peninsula is approximately 100 miles south of Tampa, between the cities of Sarasota and Punta Gorda. It rests on the waters of the Myakka River and Lemon Bay.

Our spacious luxury home has 3,300 sq.ft. of living space with the very highest standards and superb furnishings throughout. The villa backs onto a freshwater canal, giving the refreshing proximity of gently moving water and visiting birds. The patio doors in living & family rooms and master bedroom fully retract creating a truly airy, al fresco living experience.
Private Pool Our air-conditioned home has its own large, private south east facing swimming pool with water feature, large pool deck partially under shade, poolside bathroom, and poolside furniture for relaxing.
A ceiling fan is provided for further comfort during balmy days. Pool towels are provided. Meals can be eaten al fresco, or just relax with cool drink in hand while you watch a fabulous Florida sunset. It's a great place to return to after a hectic day!

Bookings are normally only accepted for a minimum of 7 nights, and for a minimum of 14 nights for any bookings covering Easter or Christmas holidays. Please contact us if you wish to inquire about fewer nights stay.
A provisional booking, made by telephone or email, will be held for one week only. In order to confirm your booking and to secure your dates, a non-refundable deposit of £100 ($150) per week or part week will be required along with a completed and signed booking form, all to be received within one week of provisional booking.
Following return of your booking form and deposit, you will be sent confirmation of your reservation, including the stated date for the payment of the balance due. Full payment must be received 10 weeks or more prior to departure date. Failure to make full payment within the specified period will entitle the owners to cancel the booking and claim the appropriate cancellation charges.
Upon payment of the final invoice a security deposit will be required against any breakages, telephone charges or damage caused during the rental period. In the event of any charges being made you will be advised in writing, otherwise the deposit will be refunded within one calendar month after your return, pending a satisfactory inspection. An additional deposit (by way of credit card slip) may be required on arrival by the management company in Florida.
The owners cannot accept any liability for the personal safety of any guest during their vacation. Clients are reminded to exercise care as to the personal safety of themselves and their party. Guests are reminded to exercise the same security precautions as they would in their own property, and whenever possible valuables should be left secured and out of sight.
With regard to using the pool, no liability is accepted for any injury however caused as a result of the use of the pool. Guests are specifically advised not to allow unsupervised children to use the pool, and to follow the safety guidelines on display at the villa.
