“Best Vacation Ever” This was an amazing vacation from the very start. Even before we left I was able to speak with Ning about the home and the area. She had some great suggestions about different activities and restaurants. The home was fantastic. It was way more room than we needed with 5 bedrooms, a large kitchen and spacious living room. The highlight of the home for us was the wrap-around lanai. I was nice to just sit outside and relax in the bright sun and refreshing trade winds. The amenities in the home were also outstanding. “Our Maui stay” The condo had all the comforts of home. The location was great, close to some stores and shopping. It was also close to where our son's wedding was and to everything we wanted to see and do. People at the condo guests and neighbors were all very friendly. It was so nice to get up in the morning and the ocean was right there. The view was amazing. We have a lot of beautiful memories of Maui. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

“5 Days in Paradise” We booked 5 nights at Kona View Estate - I just wish we'd booked more. The accommodation was fantastic for our young family and our hosts could not have looked after us better. We spent hours in the pool after sight seeing. The boys spent longer swimming as I cooked dinner on the BBQ keeping an eye on them. We woke to a carafe of hot coffee on our first morning, had an endless supply of oranges which we juiced and atsumi made us some wonderful cookies. We would highly recommend Kona View Estate as well as Randy and atsumi - very genuine couple. We would definitely stay there again.

“Great place! Great location!” My family and I stayed here for 5 days and we were happy to find out that this condo unit is exactly as it looks in the pictures! It was clean and well stocked and just enough space for a family of 6. We appreciated the conveniences of having wi-fi access and the free parking pass because finding parking around Waikiki can be quite difficult. We also liked the fact that the condo was in a great location in Waikiki. We were across the street from Starbucks, the aBC store, Mc Donalds, and within walking distance to the International Marketplace, Duke's and the Royal Hawaiian Center. Best of all, the bus stop is right in front of the Royal Kuhio so a car isn't necessary. The only downside was that since it is in the heart of Waikiki, it can get a little noisy at night when you're trying to sleep. But the noise didn't bother us at all. Needless to say, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this place to anyone! My family and I would definitely stay here again. Edna has been great to work with and she responded to my messages rather quickly and she was eager to help make our stay comfortable. Thanks again so much, Edna! Aloha!

“Beautiful, comfortable retreat” If you want a lovely, comfortable, quiet place on Maui this is it. Maalea is convenient, but off the major tourist track. The Banyon complex is small but beautifully maintained -- lawns, pool, spa, and view are all excellent. Nikta's condo is absolutely lovely, elegantly but comfortably furnished. Far better than the normal budget furnishings found in most units. One of the great joys of staying here are morning runs on the miles long Sugar Beach. This place has become our "home" whenever we visit Maui.

“Fantastic trip to Maui and stay at Maui Kai” My husband and I were looking for both a fun and relaxing trip to Hawaii. Staying at the Maui Kai was truly fantastic, a great home base for our vacation!! We loved the fact that it was right on the beach, and we could go for jogs or walks along it anytime we wanted to. There was also a boardwalk a few steps from the condo building where we could walk/jog for what seemed like forever - just fantastic!! We were able to walk all the way into Whaler's Village and beyond on it. We found a Starbucks right on the beach and chilled out for several hours watching the surf and breathing the ocean air. We rented a car while there which gave us maximum freedom to get around. There is a great little shopping plaza right down the lane from the condo which allowed us to get a some groceries and other things we needed, as well as having a few restaurants close-by. We were able to make healthy meals at home, and use the Bbqs as well, or we could go out to eat as well. We really liked the variety and options. The condo building was immaculate, and very well maintained, although it is an older building, it was well very well taken care of. We were able to watch the sun set at night on the beautiful lanai, which was dreamy. Although we didn't stay in unit #806 as they didn't have full availability while we were there, Art & Sophie Nickel took care of us and ensured we were set-up in another room for our stay. All I can say was that it was a true pleasure dealing with art, he called us directly to prepare our reservation,gave us lots of great info, answered all of our questions and ensured we got a great unit on one of the top floors. We highly recommend the Maui Kai - it was just perfect all around, and we will be going back for sure!!!

“Centrally located condo with incredible viewand easy access to b” This is a beautful condo that has a great view of the beach and ocean from the sliding glass living room door. You can hear the waves of the ocean from the bedroom which is really relaxing to go to sleep and wake up to. The condo is in walking distance from the harbor that includes shops, restaurants, bars, and an aqauriaum. You can also walk along the beach anywhere right outside of the condo. On top of that, it is centrally located to major towns on the island and it's an easy drive in any direction to them. The condo itself is very clean and modern.

“This stay was the best!” We visited this lovely home with two couples in Late March - early April and must say we were impressed and very satisfied. A great place with lots of room, in a very good location, with lots of extra's for guests. Our original plan was to eat out more but found the home so comfortable with everything we needed so we simply prepared more meals and enjoyed the home in the evenings. Can not say that we missed any items, and we took advantage of some of the ocean toys as well. We have been to Poipu and Kauai many times before but must say this stay was the best!

“A fabulous family home” I travelled with my family ages ranging from 88 to 3 years old. The house provided privacy for all as well as places to gather together to share time. We ate all of our meals outdoors in the most lovely cabana. The pool and tub provided endless entertainment. We had everything we needed and more. It was the trip of a lifetime to have the opportunity to all be together.
