“Beautiful Sunsets...great condo.” We recently stayed in Kihei at 121 Sugar Beach Resort. We loved the space the condo had to offer. The lanai was amazing as it was a ground level condo. We had an issue with the dishwasher the first day we were there and we called to have it fixed and it was taken care of immediately. The sunsets here were incredible. Great pool...nice beach walk. Due to the storm the water was a little murky so we chose to do the drive to Big Beach instead! (a must see) Would certainly recommend this condo.

“Two Weeks of Bliss” We were very impressed with the professional and helpful service that was provided to us from ali'i Resorts. We would certainly use them again. Since we were the last unit on the main floor and we were the only big tree that provided some shade just a couple of feet from your lanai you did not always have privacy to eat your meals outside on your lanai. We would get up and get our lounge chairs all set up for a little sun and if we left them for a few minutes the other people took them and our spot. We got used to it after a while. They would leave their towels and books on the chairs in front of our unit for the whole day and come and go as they pleased. The condo had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen - there was not a kitchen gadget that was not there - the linens between the bedroom sheets to bathroom towels were a-1. The accommodations were very good - a lot of space. The location was great - there was a market for fruits,vegetables and baked goods right across the street. There was also an aBC store right across the street if you needed any last minute groceries (eggs, milk, juice etc.). We loved hearing the waves during the day and night, the site was very quiet and peaceful, the property was very clean as well. This is a excellent family location.

“Amazing!!!” This was our first time to Maui and we honestly feel that we were in the best location and unit on the island. The unit itself was super clean upon our arrival and had everything we needed. The Wifi is super slow and needs to be upgraded, however that was the only thing that was slightly not perfect. The building is the best location. Right on the ocean (not across the street from it) and was very clean. The rooftop patio with 5 Webber Bbq's was amazing to cook on when enjoying bevies and watching the sun set. The beaches were perfect for our 3.5 year old where the water was warm and not rough. Can't say enough or accurate things about how great a place the Royal Mauian is and our specific unit. We will not stay anywhere else. We can't wait to come back.

“Best location by far!!” We had an absolutely amazing time staying in Kamaole Nalu #106! The location was absolutely perfect for us and definitely it was a plus having easy access to the unit! Beautiful views and sunsets everyday! The unit is nicely appointed and the only reason we couldn't give it an excellent rating was due to cleanliness being a little below par. Mainly just flooring and window coverings and bedding being a bit tired. Overall though, it is a beautiful unit and we thank the owners for sharing such a special place!!

“Great location for beach and restaurants - you can walk to all!” Nice, clean unit. The kids loved having a TV in their bedroom for down time after snorkleing and diving all over the place! Beautiful reefs to explore right there! The only downside was proximity to the pool. It is right below the balcony and you hear everything. There were toddlers in there for a few days and we got all the noise (except our kids in their back bedroom watching TV!) When the pool is not in use the unit is wonderful. It is equipped with everything you would need.

“Paradise in Maui” The view was drop dead gorgeous! The condo was clean and big enough for four people. We loved having shops and restaurants across the street, so that after a day of sightseeing, we could park our car and walk to dinner and shopping. Other restaurants were a short drive away. Everyone dealing with the condo was very friendly and helpful. I would rent this condo again and would recommend it.

“Kamaole Nalu is Incredible!” We had a wonderful time watching the ocean and turtles were especially active this year. Weather was perfect and the unit was fantastic. You could not ask for more in any Maui location. Onsite management and maintenance is top notch, both of which make your stay even more enjoyable! We are coming back January and august 2014 if that is any indication of how much we enjoyed our stay. We love the Nalu and recommend it highly to anyone wanting to experience "Paradise".
