“Great Holiday, Great Apartment.” This is a very spacious apartment with all mod cons. Ideally placed 5 min walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Close to train and bus stations for easy access to other resorts. Beautiful pool area for those nice relaxing afternoons. The four of us had a great family holiday and would recommend it for anyone seeking a superb getaway. Also the owner very helpful at all times before and during our stay. Highly recommended.

“Great Sea Views” Stayed a week at this apartment at the end of August and the views are fab, the apartment is in a great location for getting around, from the airport you can take the train right to the door which beats sitting in traffic any day. Also loved the area the flat is in you have lots of small bars (tapas) and restaurant nearby, if you didn't want to eat out, the flat has everything you need in it for cooking, along with Supermarkets, bakers, and the proper Spanish indoor market selling Fruit & Veg, Fish and Meat. Stephen the owner was at the apartment to meet us on our arrival and show us around the flat, again this is a great size flat with everything you need including some board games if you are having a night. The flat does have air con, although this is only in the living room, the bedrooms although they do have the overhead fans can become quite warm, however what I would say is we happened to be there when Spain was having a heatwave which meant it was extra warm, so don't let this minor detail put you off In the apartment on arrival Stephen had left us some tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water - very much appreciated (Especially the water) When we were leaving we just text Stephen to advise what time our flight and his wife Jane came along to check we had enjoyed our stay, and paid our security deposit back. I would book these apartments again Thank you for making us welcome

“Absolutely fabulous holiday” I stayed here in June 2015 for 11 nights. It's in a brilliant location. Only a shirt walk from the beach and main shops and restaurants in a nice quiet area but not too far from the rustle and bustle if you want it. It's near the train station which give easy access to all the local resorts and only a 20 minute or so walk from Fuengirola. The apartment is brilliant. It's like home from home and has everything you could possibly want. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely be going back

“El Faro Apartment” Lovely sea view from the balcony and near to a couple of restaurants in 10-15 minute walk. Bus stop to Fuengirola and Cala de Mijas about 15 minute walk or 40 minute to each location if energetic along busy main road. One small basic shop within 5 minute walk and taxi site next to it. The apartment is spacious and has most facilities required in a budget rental including access to small clean pool area, this was not busy during our stay but very limited seating unless you have your own. The apartment offers reasonable value and has good WiFi with two bathrooms and large living area and lovely balcony. There is also a washing machine which can be good if carrying a small amount of luggage. The site manager (Lilly) is very helpful and shared the best local places with us. The owner corresponds quickly and allowed us an early entry after ensuring the property was ready. There is a beach about 20 minute walk but we did not use it as it is near the busy road, we went into Cala and Fuengirola instead.

“Wonderful Stay” We stayed at Atico for the first time in September 2018 and it certainly will not be our last. We were there for 4 weeks and what a brilliant time we had, the apartment was superb in every department and the locale was every bit as good. The train in from the airport took only 25 minutes and the station at Los Bolichos is only 2 mins from Atico apartment.Over the 4 weeks that we were there we had some family and then friends visit us and Jean and Charlie were right on the ball when it came to changing bedding and towels, but at the end of the day the apartment was the star of the show.
