“A delightful, child friendly house in a quiet area suitable for touring Normandy” We stayed for a lovely, relaxing week in La Maisment during June 2012. The owners of the property were extremely helpful from first booking to arriving at the house (the ‘how to get there’ directions were very thorough). On arrival, with our own parking place at the bottom of the garden, we found the little house to be spotlessly clean and tidy and the owners had kindly left a ‘starter pack’ for us of bread, milk, fresh eggs (from their own chickens), juice, jam etc. even a bottle of local cider – all very useful after travelling from the UK. We had no small children with us but for a family with two small children the house is perfect – lots of toys, games to play with, together with swings in the garden. Situated in a quiet area, we found it to be a great, relaxing base for exploring Normandy.
