“nice house” everything was updated and nice ,except for the mattress they are very old every time we when to sleep and got up we had back paint everybody, and everyroom they need to updated...other then that it was very nice

“Oasis of calm and fun” The studio is small but convenient. Eating outside in the Tiki Hut every day was great, with the osprey, mangroves, fish, sunset... Near the owner but they always respect your privacy ans are very kind if you need something. Kayaking was great, we were on the water everyday, manatee, shark, stingray. We love our stay.

“Absolutely Beautiful” The property is absolutely beautiful! It really felt like home away from home. The only critique that I have African Paradise-Vista Cay is, I wish I could have stayed longer! There is something (pool, lake, view, location, fitness, etc.) for everyone on the property.

“We'll be back!!!” We had a party of 8 and booked a last minute stay at this beach house and we're still talking about it! This beach house is even better in person than in the photos. Wayyy bigger than we expected! My wife said if she new all the rooms were going to have such large closets she would have packed a lot more!!! Loved the open floor plan great room allowing us to keep an eye on the kids while cooking, eating and watching the Large screen TV. Really enjoyed dining outdoors in the attached screened room (called the lanai in their listing) in the private fenced yard. The home was recently remodeled so everything is nice and new, even the beds! The entire front of the home provided ample parking for us to pull right across with our tahoe and boat in tow This property was a delightful surprise, you won't be disappointed! There were plenty of local places to launch our boat and cruise the inter-coastal! The location of this house is amazing, just as advertised...a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach and less than 10 minutes up a1a to Daytona! The property manager was super helpful and the amenity discount coupon package they had ready for us upon arrival must have saved us at least $300 with local restaurants and attractions. The only problem was my wife was so spoiled by the full sized stacked commercial washer and dryer conveniently right in the home (compared to our past rentals of condo's, hotels, motels and even some houses that had smaller units requiring her to do laundry daily to keep up! Not here!), and she is no longer happy with what we own at home and wants new ones just like what they had! As you can tell, everything was just great! We can't wait to come back again! Highly recommended!!!

“like home away from home” can't really think of a darn thing that we would have wanted in a rental home that this place did not have...happy to see a high chair for my 10 month old grandson...great washer and dryer, everything worked well and we had a great time grilling out in the very private backyard. Nice open floorplan, close access to the beach and walking distance to Flagler, reasonable price and family friendly.

“Great house close to Disney World” We really enjoyed our week at Serendipity. I took my family down to Orlando with my brother and his family. There were 10 of us in total and the house was prefect for our group. The kids had a blast in the pool and the game room, and the living room was ideal for a large group to relax and unwind after a long day at the parks. We have been to Disney World several times but this was the first time staying at a house. It was much different from staying in one of the Disney hotels. It really felt like a home away from home. The pool area had lots of chairs, a grill and a security fence. The house was nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully functional as was the washer and dryer which came in handy. I was a little nervous handing over three grand to pay of the house, but Sarah really set my mind at ease. She sent me the address to the house so I could take a look on Google Earth. She sent me the link to her renters license which showed that there were no complaints logged against her. She also helped me make arrangements to have gift baskets ready at the house when the kids arrived. She went out of her way to make sure that my vacation was carefree. I had paid for the heated pool, which was great when we arrived. I'm not sure what happened but at some point between the start of the week and the end of the week, the heat either stopped working or was somehow turned off. At first I talked myself into thinking that the temperature just seemed different, but by the end of the week it was clear that it was no longer working. I talked to Sarah and she was surprised by the development but was willing to work with me and we came up with a solution that worked for both of us. My only real complaint would be the that we encountered a few palmetto bugs in the house. These were big and scary. I contacted Sarah and she explained to me that palmetto bugs are common in Florida and also told me that they regularly treat the house to deal with them and in fact the house had been treated before we arrived. She went on to explain that we should start to see them die or find them dead as the result of the treatment. This is exactly what we saw. The bugs we found going forward were either dead or dying. Just to be clear, it's not like the house was infested, but we did encounter five or six of them during the week. Despite the bugs, we still had a great time and enjoyed the house. Sarah was great through the entire process. I would rent Serendipity again.

“Great Two bedroom place!” What a fantastic find. Glad we were able to stay here. We came to Florida for a family wedding. Staying here made for an ease to get to places and the location is close to almost every place we needed to go. The condo was very clean and had all the necessary supplies, even a laundry machine and dryer are available for use. “Peaceful and Relaxing” We stayed at Sailmaker #503 in early Sept. 2013. Parking for me and my wife, and 2 other guests vehicles was just a few steps outside the condo's door on the same level. One of my guests, my 86 year old mother got around just fine on her walker. The condo is very spacious and comfortably laid out. My only complaints is that the single beds were too short for adults and the property management gave us check-in paperwork saying that we could not grill at the unit even though there was a grill there. No big deal! The 6'deep pool, steps from the huge porch, appeared to be very nice and clean, but never got in. The beach and the trails ... What can I say? In a word, Fabulous!
