“Location” There is no better location in Florence than the situation of this apartment. The accommodation was perfect for a week of sightseeing and Rosella was a wonderful host. We stayed at this apartment in the second week of January 2014 and it was our first trip to Florence for some years. We have rented apartments in other Italian cities over many years and this apartment is certainly one of the best with respect to organisation, welcome and amenities. But the most important feature is the location within metres of the Ponte Vecchio and the cafes of the Piazza Signoria. Thank you Rosella for being such a charming host.

“wonderful” Very spacious, well appointed and cosy apartment,overlooking the river .Quiet and private . Each bathroom was well appointed as well as kitchen.We were also made to feel welcome with a christmas tree , lit up and xmas decorations in the loungeroom.The owner went out of his way to met us , even though we arrived at an unscheduled time , later in the evening.

“Just perfect” Excellent location, wonderful apartment that was even better than it looked online, caring and attentive owner. We have stayed at many different places over the years and this was truly top notch. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of china/glasses/cutlery, the kitchen well equipped . We highly recommend this locale. The only thing that would make it even more perfect would be a microwave:)

“Viva Rosy! Viva Giulia! Viva Firenze!” A great place to stay in Florence! Rosy and her daughter, Giulia (Julia), have a lovely, fully equipped, modern ground-floor apartment centrally located in Florence with all the conveniences of home. The marble floors and antique furnishings are beautiful! You can cook your own food, but don't miss all the wonderful restaurants Florence has to offer. We had a great week! Saw all the sights--the Duomo, Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens, the statue of David at L'Academie, the San Marco Museum, the Market, and much more. Buy a Firenze Pass, and skip the lines. It also includes a free bus pass if you don't like to walk. But you'll miss great sights and sounds that come at you from everywhere. And best of all, sip some Tuscan wine and eat Tuscan food in your own private courtyard courtesy of Rosy and Giulia! Thank you, Rosy and Giulia, for a wonderful week in Florence! Viva Firenze!
