“Mrs” Arrived to a very pleasant large villa with 9 members of my family. Very well equipped, heated pool which the kids loved. The only disappointment was the internet connection, needs replaced or updated, otherwise fab accommodation. Would definatly return.

“Fabulous stay at Villa Layla” We had a fabulous stay at Villa Layla in July/Aug 2018. Karen was so helpful and accommodating with all the arrangements and very prompt in her response. The Villa is extremely clean, modern and well equipped, we had a group of 10, the youngest being age 2 and so we made use of the travel cot, high chair, potty, toys and Netflix! We probably should have taken the pushchair through. The older children made good use of the WiFi and the pool including inflatables! The parasols outside provided shade when needed, and the ample supply of pool towels were really useful too. There’s plenty of seating to make use of at different times of the day, and the air conditioning was appreciated given the temperatures during our stay. The marina, with its shops and restaurants, and the beaches are within walking distance and the pretty old village was also worth a visit. To travel a bit further afield we used Uber, although the taxi drivers often found it difficult to locate us! A fabulous holiday had by all.

“lovely little place to stay” we had a superb time at Trehill cottages. Owls Roost is small but has a great location right by the lake. the kids enjoyed the fishing & donkeys & we all thought china fleet was really good. A great value spring holiday

“Perfect villa for my 30th” I stayed here for my 30th birthday with a group Of 10 and it was amazing! Nacho gave us a list of taxi apps and restaurants to eat in and arranged for our luggage to be stored and transfer to the airport later that evening. I would highly recommend this villa and would definitely go back. Thank you

“Homely” We've stayed in a lot of private rentals over the years & this was definitely the cosiest. Lounge:- Aircon unit. Comfy L shaped sofa, dining table with 4 chairs. TV with UK channels 1-5 & film on 4. Cabinet containing some books. Lovely tall lamp in the corner that casts a nice glow round the room of an evening. Blackout blinds on the window & door plus lighter wicker type blinds on both so you have a choice. Great idea! Kitchen:- Usual small self catering kitchen. 2 electric jobs, microwave, washing machine ( turn knob left to 14" for a 14min wash. Ideal.) There's a ninja blender too. Plenty of glasses, cups, crockery & cutlery. We managed fine in the kitchen cooking breakfasts, steak & spaghetti bolognaise. Top cupboard held extra condiments & extra helpful touch was the spice rack on the wall. Bathroom:- Recently fitted, bath, powerful overhead shower, sink. Nice lighted up mirror area. Bathroom a bit cramped with the box holding iron, spare toilet rolls, but we managed ok. Bedroom:- Aircon unit. 2 beds, lovely mattresses, duvets & sheets. Ample wardrobe space & small dressing shelf with lighted area. Lovely lampshade that casts a nice glow around the room. Overhead reading lamps not that practical as very bright. Balcony:- Good size gets the sun all day (we were there in January). Private when sat at table. Large box contains children's playthings. We had a lovely holiday & the apartment certainly contributed. A few days were cloudy & the evenings had a cold wind, friends of ours invited us out but we were happy to stay in rather than face the wind as the apartment had everything we needed & was so cosy. It's obvious that Tanya has invested a lot of time & money into making her apartment a 2nd home & not just a rental property.
