“Beautiful in everyway, we will be back!” Could not recommend this apartment and it’s location enough. The apartment so spacious and modern with a lovely warmth to it. It has everything you need, gorgeous spacious kitchen with everything you can think of, beautiful bedrooms, fabulous wrap around balcony with BBQ, and WiFi. We fell in love with it as soon as we walked in. There are 5 different pools to choose from all of them just as nice as the other. The area is so safe and secure. There are a number of different restaurants and bars all within walking distance. All worth a visit. The beach is a five minute walk, it’s a beautiful beach with restaurants close by. There are tennis courts and a kids play area with football pitch close by so ideal for family with kids. The service we got was fantastic, apartment was ready for us on arrival with everything all set up. We also received lots of information on the area with restaurants recommendations, maps, car hire details, and day trips recommendations from the owners which was a lovely touch. The owners were lovely to deal with and we will definitely be booking again, as it really was a holiday to remember.

“Perfect - Ideal Location” We had a fantastic holiday in Estepona. The apartment was excellent! Its location is fantastic close to all you will need in this beautiful marina area. It is also close to the beautiful beaches. The Apt is modern, clean and well equipped with everything you need on holiday (including some nice additional little touches). The owner was really helpful. Great communication before, during and also after our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment and the location, and the owner just helps to make it all come together. We will definitely be back.

“Charming, comfortable, Spanish house, in the heart of the old town.” We stayed at 23 Cale Chorro Esteponia for 1 month in Sept 2011. The location was ideal, set in the winding cobbles streets of the old town,and just 5 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach and pedestrian only shopping streets. The house was delightful, with plenty of space, lots of light and fully equipped for ALL our needs. We loved the courtyard area where we spent many a warm evening under the stars entertaining and sipping on fine Rioja. The sun terrace too, was a big bonus for those lazy days reading and soaking up the rays. The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms/bathrooms where we all slept well and often a little too late into the morning. Esteponia is a lovely little Spanish town with a beautiful main square, and a maze of flower scented streets.There are numerous tapas bars and restaurants that spill out onto the narrow traffic free streets, and it should be said, that the local people are amongst the friendliest I have encountered. The local bus service is cheap and reliable, and we were able to visit the wonderful mountain towns of Ronda and Casares,and along the coast to Marbella, Puerto Banus, and Gibraltar. without difficulty. We have already booked again for next year as we had such a wonderful holiday.

“Tranquil in Estepona” We loved our 7 week stay at Balcones del mar. The apartment sits on the 7th floor with a beautiful water view. It is very clean and tastefully decorated. There are grocery stores nearby. A lovely walk to the harbor along the water and into town.We can't wait to plan a return trip.

“Fantastic front line apartment” The location is great. Overlooking the Med with a view of Gibraltar, and on a clear day Africa. You can hear the waves gently crashing against the rocks below as you open another Cerveza on the Balcony - which is super spacious, and well equipped with a nice 4 piece lounge set, as well as an outdoor dining table and chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas.Being more or less South facing - it gets the sun for most of the day. Inside the apartment is cool, spacious and really nicely done. It has the feel of a villa, despite being a 2nd floor flat. 4 of us stayed there - plenty of room; great communal areas with nice sofas and TV set up, and I've thought that you could fit up to 6 in fairly comfortably. The flat is really well stocked - lots of crockery, cooking stuff, glassware etc and the bedding / towel situation is all as you'd expect. It backs out onto the Carrefour supermarket - so that's perfect for keeping the fridge stocked - but because that's around the back it doesn't feel at all intrusive. A few minutes walk and down a few steps, and you're onto the promenade - with bars, restaurants and good value beach clubs all within easy reach. Would totally recommend a stay at Punta Plata Beach to anyone looking to visit Estepona for quality accommodation in an outstanding location.

“Lovely apartment - superb value for money!” Tom's instructions for finding the apartment were spot on and we were pleasantly surprised to find the interior living area quite a bit bigger than I had expected based on the photos. Everything was spotless and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We found the beds comfortable with masses of storage in the bedrooms. The garden was a lovely bonus and we used the sunbeds in them on a daily basis. The pool was metres away from the apartment and was lovel. Pity the poolside bar wasn't open when we were there! You can't easily walk to the beach due to the busy coast road and the beach is a bit stoney there too, however we drove to two different beaches in Estepona about 5-10 minutes drive away which were lovely. The Sunday market in Estepona is worth a visit. Tom always responded instantly whenever I texted him which was very reasuring when we needed his help. I would definately go again!
