“Exactly what it says on the tin” When we were looking for a quick break, i couldnt understand why this property did not have any reviews, but it has now. This is everything you could want, the view is exactly as the picture shows, it is well furnished to a high standard, you can be on the beach in two minutes and it is a 10-15 minute walk to the town, pubs, restaurants, etc. The propoerty has a visitors book with loads of recommendations in but i guess people didnt put them on here. The owners rang me and gave me all there contact details if i needed anything, nothing seemed to much trouble. All in all i would say this is a great place and location and would love to have the opportunity to use it again.

“Holiday” We had a lovely holiday the chalet was so lovely and clean and very well equipped with every thing you needed for a fantastic holiday. A nice dog friendly camp lovely beach only about 5min walk away are dog loved it.

“Beautiful apartment” We stayed for a long weekend at the end of April and although the weather was awful the apartment was great. Everything we needed was there, including cot, high chair and stair gate for our little girl. Couldn't fault it. Great communication with owner before hand and delicious breakfast pack. We'll be back for sure.

“Great location with everything you need lovely a clean apartment - Fantastic Stay” Located in front of beautiful lakeside park - literally 2 mins drive (or 10/15min walk) into fistral town where you have a choice of the surfers beach Fistral or one of smaller coves which was perfect for getting into the clear blue sea then another 5 mins into main town where we there are another 3 small beach coves - Lusty Glaze was amazing. Plenty of places to eat and drink - St Ives only about half an hours drive away which was amazing - felt like being abroad!! There are a couple of supermarkets nearby so will wait to get there next time to do a big shop! The apartment has everything, washer, iron & board, clothes dryer and pegs, plenty towels and bedding and pillows, microwave, toaster, large fridge, TV and free wifi is a great bonus too - pretty much home from home - spotless clean - absolutely loved our stay in Newquay that we're booking again same place as cant wait to go back - communication with Sharon the owner was brilliant - full explaination and details for our arrival plus a parking space too had contact details in case we needed anything during our stay - which we didnt as everything was perfect - thanks again

“Gorgeous and cosy cottage” We really enjoyed our stay at Pumpkin Cottage. Jane the owner had left wine, milk and treats for our dogs. It's such a lovely, homely cottage with the added bonus of an enclosed garden. Hoping to return in the near future.

“Excellent rural cottage” Lovely cottage with beautiful decor and a great power shower. Tucked away in a quiet spot very relaxing for laid back weekend. There're number of walks and museums to see in the surrounding areas. Also can go to Brighton if you want to go shopping in the famous winding Lanes. Steyning is a place I will come to agin and recommended for a couple or solo holiday . Locals are very helpful and friendly
