“What a little Gem!” What absolute treasure to find!! 5minute walk to the beach. Beautiful countryside surroundings. The Chalet is immaculate and an absolute credit to Susan, it was spotless inside and had everything you needed for your break. The mattresses were comfy, the chalets furniture was beautiful & had lovely decor. It even had a little patio with table and chairs to enjoy the Sun going down. We will definitely be booking again.

“Family holiday in sunny Bridlington” Chalet 103 was excellent. Everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. The chalet has an enclosed decking area, that is not only a amazing suntrap, but perfect to know your dog and kids can play safely. The chalet was immaculate and is located so close to the beach. Can't wait to go back again.

“A wonderful, relaxing place to stay - Perfect !” This was our first stay in a lodge and it was wonderful. The lodge is located in a secluded part of the park away from the main complex of lodges and not directly overlooked. It was reasonably spacious and very warm without any heating. It was also very well appointed and very comfortable - we could not fault it. It has everything you need, bring your own CDs, Dvds, Videos if you wish. The area is largely unspoilt and not touristy (except Clovelly). The location is Ideal, only a few minutes from the a38, which allows you to explore the rest of Devon and Cornwall. High points for us were coast walk from the NT carpark to Hartlant point (you can return via the road to savew time), tea and cake at Hartland point, Hartland Quay, Lynton and Lynmouth, Appledore, and the excellent Pasties from Pengally Pasties in Bude (wasn't impressed with Bude though. Local Morrisons were good, Waitrose too, but a bit out of the way. The lakes opposite the lodge are good for a walk, and you can fish there too. There is a medium sized garden and wonderful decked veranda. The area is good for cycling too - we wished we had discovered it when our children were younger. Ideal for couples, families, everyone. Ideal accommodation in an excellent location which has something for everyone - Recommended.

“Great location and comfortable chalet” Great location - lots to do on site and locally with young children - and comfortable, cosy chalet. Mixed weather but we had a great time. Very clear instructions and friendly messages from Hayley - all went smoothly with settling in and leaving. Price a little high but that's always the way during school summer holidays and compared well to other local accommodation...

“Wedding/ family break” This place has some of the best views of the sea I've ever seen... every night we sat outside staring out to sea with a glass of wine!! We booked before my wife fell pregnant so at 6 months pregnant the hill was a bit of a struggle but fun at the same time... we loved the cliff walk to the beach and the cafe done lovely food... easy drive to many beautiful towns and villages and great for walks... loads of facilities in the chalet like BBQ nice sun loungers( we got extremely tanned on the terrace) and BBQ'D most nights on the lower level... kids loved it too highly recommend we loved it and fell in love with Cornwall too

“Mrs Parnell” We decided to stay local this year for our holiday and just wanted somewhere local and cheep. We were blown away by this lovely little chalet. The welcome pack was a thoughtful tuch along with a birthday balloon for my daughter. (She felt so special) The chalet was clean and comfortable with every thing that you may need provided for you. The site itself is exactly what I expected and the children loved the pool. The beach is beautiful and is definitely worth the walk down to it. The children had a great time and can't wait to come back.

“The Long Hop” We had a great few days stay at the Long Drop. The chalet was well presented and clean. Parking is easy. The owner is very helpful and always on hand if any problems arise which in our case never did. It’s within easy reach of Niton where there is a Pub and Shop. For us it was ideal for exploring the many delights of the IOW. Would certainly use again on another visit.

“home from home” stayed in Spanish villas with my 2 children late July and despite the weather we had a truly fantastic time . the villa itself has everything you need and much much more.. it's cosy comfortable and spacious , the outside area is a small wrap around garden that captures the sun from very way morning till night time . it's gate and safe the location setting is within fantastic wooded grounds leaving super walks within the area ... penstowe is ideal for exploring both Devon and Cornwall being right on the border to both and we did explore due the the miserable weather. there are beautiful beaches within a 5 min drive or go a little further (15 min) and the beaches are breathtaking ... loved to sit and watch the surfers at night .. thank you for a lovely holiday will definitely be returning
