“Lovely flat with everything you need for a comfortable stay” The flat location is ideal for easy access to Swanage without using the car and has a wonderful view of the pier and sea. Clean and well maintained throughout, the flat really has everything you would need whatever the weather. Also there is the advantage of having the parking space as there is not a lot of parking in Swanage. I would stay here again.

“A great location” My family had a lovely stay in the flat. It was ideally located only a 5 min walk from the beach, and 5 mins in the other direction to local shops, cafes, pubs etc. The flat was clean and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need from every kitchen utensil to toilet paper and even board games and a spare bucket & spade to cover anything you had forgotten to pack. Communication with the owners was excellent too and access made very easy on arrival.

“Perfect family holiday!” An amazing week staying at Beach View. Three generations of family celebrating a special birthday right on the Southbourne seafront. With fantastic views from the garden and upstairs balcony, the house is bright, airy and catered for our every need. Hilton, the owner, was so welcoming and it was evident that he genuinely cares that his guests have a fantastic stay. He helped us with any queries or requests we had and was readily available to help us out whenever we needed. The property is in an ideal location, away from hustle and bustle of Bournemouth, but easily accessible to all the surrounding areas by bus, which we used whilst the Air Show was on. Very much hope to return!

“excellent for large family holiday” lovely house in quiet residential area. 5 min walk from nearest part of beach and within walking distance of main weymouth area. it took us about 30 mins to walk along beach. very close to lodmoor country park where there is a family restaurant. also shops and takeaways on dorchester road very close by. the large garden of no 6 has fruit trees and lovely decking area although weather wasnt warm enough while we were there to use it much. suprised to find travel cot in house which we could have used but had bought one not thinking to ask. pleasantly surprised to find wine and chocolates waiting for us. thankyou for lovely stay

“Beautiful apartment and great location” We wanted an apartment with three bedrooms to accommodate myself, husband, daughters and also to invite my sister and brother in law to stay for Easter weekend. Adrian and Sarah's apartment fitted the bill and we were delighted when we opened the door. It is beautiful inside, with extras such as handsoap, DVDs and numerous magazines/information of the local area. This was our first trip to Bournemouth. Adrian and Sarah gave us loads of information particularly on eating places which were very much appreciated! Particular things of note: a small lift right next to the apartment, useful for shopping trips, buggies etc., good power showers, very well-equipped kitchen, comfy lounge. There is a short walk to the East Cliff. We walked over on our first night and felt we were in a very 'safe' area. You can leave your car at Hartford Court and walk into town (10-15 mins) either along the cliff or straight down Christchurch Road. We found people in Bournemouth very friendly and it was nice to see students around the place. When coming from the New Forest, (having crawled through Boscombe a couple of times), we would recommend turning north from Christchurch to the A338, then approach Christchurch Road off the A338, past the train station on your left then turn left off St Swithuns roundabout. Excellent accommodation for a relaxing break.

“Home away from Home” Truly a cosy, warm and happy place to stay in. We were a family of 12, and stayed for a week. The rooms had different configurations of beds and it was very easy for us to fit large or small groups into them. The location is very convenient and the amenities were very well thought out. Very very pleasant owner who looked after our needs very well.

“Mrs” A beautiful cottage. Well equipted. Four of us stayed with my 2 year old grandaughter. Cottage was pretty clean aand had everything you need. Within walking distance of the town and the beach and I am disabled and I managed to walk it. There was some noise from the flats across the road that went on till the early hours but when the tv was on you couldn't hear it aand maybe a one off. I would recommend staying here and Weymouth as there were plenty of things to do. Wish if we had booked for longer.

“Lovely House Lovely Area” The house is situated within walking distance of Poole Park, Poole Harbor and Poole town center, We found the place very clean and comfy, had plenty of space and was well decorated. Every thing you needed was provided and the garden was a real sun trap.

“Superb” Superb cottage. We didn't feel as if we were in a holiday let - more like staying in someone's home. Very convenient location for village amenities. Cosy warm cottage furnished to a high standard throughout. A lot of thought by the owner to provide all the things necessary for a comfortable stay. Off road parking which is a bonus in Corfe Castle. Basically couldn't be better - thank you Kate. We can highly recommend.
