“Didn't want to leave!” The apartment was very clean, bright, very modern with fantastic facilities and located a short walk from the beach. Also a great place to bring kids. We have a 3 month old therefore we needed somewhere clean, comfortable, where we could cook and go for walks. We were more than happy here and didn't want to leave once our holiday was over. Sandbanks is a great place and the list of 'things to do' Ian provided was very handy although sandbanks it's self kept us busy most of the time as the beach is beautiful and not over crowded like it was in Bournemouth. Overall I fully recommend this apartment, had a fantastic time!

“Excellent accomodation, perfect location for beach. Would definitely stay again!” Very enjoyable stay at Shore point, pleased on arrival that accomodation was clean, tidy and met the high specifications that we where expecting. Welcome hamper was a nice extra touch! Appartment layout was sociable & relaxing, with great open plan area to spend time as a family and enough alternative space to be alone should you wish. Only a short walk to beautiful beach's, local shop and ferry, we could'nt have asked for much more. Would be more than happy to book again in the near future :0)

“Perfect family holiday!” An amazing week staying at Beach View. Three generations of family celebrating a special birthday right on the Southbourne seafront. With fantastic views from the garden and upstairs balcony, the house is bright, airy and catered for our every need. Hilton, the owner, was so welcoming and it was evident that he genuinely cares that his guests have a fantastic stay. He helped us with any queries or requests we had and was readily available to help us out whenever we needed. The property is in an ideal location, away from hustle and bustle of Bournemouth, but easily accessible to all the surrounding areas by bus, which we used whilst the Air Show was on. Very much hope to return!

“Luxury Stay in a Great Setting!” We stayed at the Kingfisher Retreat in August 2012 for one week. The accomodation was modern, clean and very comfortable. It had eveything that a holiday home needs and more. A lot of thought has been put into making guests feel welcome. We stayed here with our 7 yrd old daughter and 2 yr old dog. It is hard to find nice accomodation to stay in when you want to take your family pet..but this was just like home from home. The setting is excellant and we all enjoyed the wild deer, managing to feed a couple as well. (they seemed to like nuts). There were plenty of squirrels and different types of birds to watch!! Out and about, the site is clean and free from any hassle!! The ski slope was good fun, along with the roller skating. Weymouth and Dorchester are both on the doorstep with plenty to do. We never realised just how much there was in Dorset!

“Tincleton lodge” A very comfortable cottage in a quiet location. It was well equipped and had plenty of space for the eight of us. We followed the nature trail to a fab bluebell wood. Wareham is nearby so good for a trip out. Highly recommended.

“A charming yet 'spooky' corner of Dorset” 'The Chancel' is a conversion of a church which went out of service in the 1980's. You immediately get a sense of what awaits you inside when parking your car ... right next to a beautifuly maintained graveyard! The childrens' imaginations begin working immediately and their excitement is infectious. The interior doesn't disappoint, being very clean, well organised and homely, with original features such as stained glass and inscriptions being retained. There are two other properties in use - 'the Nave' and 'the Tower' - all part of the same building. The location is excellent for the beaches at Studland and Swanage, and medieval Corfe Castle is an easy drive away. There's lots of space for children and it's a great base for exploring Dorset. And you can explore the graveyard after dark...if you dare!

“excellent for large family holiday” lovely house in quiet residential area. 5 min walk from nearest part of beach and within walking distance of main weymouth area. it took us about 30 mins to walk along beach. very close to lodmoor country park where there is a family restaurant. also shops and takeaways on dorchester road very close by. the large garden of no 6 has fruit trees and lovely decking area although weather wasnt warm enough while we were there to use it much. suprised to find travel cot in house which we could have used but had bought one not thinking to ask. pleasantly surprised to find wine and chocolates waiting for us. thankyou for lovely stay

“A lovely cottage in a perfect location” Me, my wife and our 4 year old son spent a lovely week at this cottage during the Easter holidays. The cottage is lovely, spacious and full of character with a large garden at the back. It is down a quiet road next to a huge field so is really quiet. The location is perfect for plotting day trips - you can go east to Poole, SE to Swanage, South to Lulworth and West to Dorchester/Weymouth extremely easily and quickly (approx. 20-25 mins). You can also go for some lovely walks in the fields and woods nearby and play pooh sticks just 1 minute from the front door. Our son loved it and it was just the perfect place to start and end each day of our holiday. Would totally recommend it.

“Beautiful apartment and great location” We wanted an apartment with three bedrooms to accommodate myself, husband, daughters and also to invite my sister and brother in law to stay for Easter weekend. Adrian and Sarah's apartment fitted the bill and we were delighted when we opened the door. It is beautiful inside, with extras such as handsoap, DVDs and numerous magazines/information of the local area. This was our first trip to Bournemouth. Adrian and Sarah gave us loads of information particularly on eating places which were very much appreciated! Particular things of note: a small lift right next to the apartment, useful for shopping trips, buggies etc., good power showers, very well-equipped kitchen, comfy lounge. There is a short walk to the East Cliff. We walked over on our first night and felt we were in a very 'safe' area. You can leave your car at Hartford Court and walk into town (10-15 mins) either along the cliff or straight down Christchurch Road. We found people in Bournemouth very friendly and it was nice to see students around the place. When coming from the New Forest, (having crawled through Boscombe a couple of times), we would recommend turning north from Christchurch to the A338, then approach Christchurch Road off the A338, past the train station on your left then turn left off St Swithuns roundabout. Excellent accommodation for a relaxing break.

“Home away from Home” Truly a cosy, warm and happy place to stay in. We were a family of 12, and stayed for a week. The rooms had different configurations of beds and it was very easy for us to fit large or small groups into them. The location is very convenient and the amenities were very well thought out. “A perfect stay in a lovely apartment” Just returned from a weeks stay with my husband and 2 children (2 & 6). This is one of the nicest accommodation we have stayed in. A perfect welcome when we arrived with wine, biscuits, milk in the fridge, tea, coffee, sugar left for us. A lovely clean, fresh and modern apartment with lovely homely touches. The children loved their room and especially the cupboards filled with lots of toys and board games. Beach towels, blankets, windbreaker to use on the beach were also in the apartment - even bodyboards for the kids to use!Everything really has been thought of to make a stay at this apartment so wonderful. If we ever return to this area, then we will definitely be booking this apartment again.

“Superb” Superb cottage. We didn't feel as if we were in a holiday let - more like staying in someone's home. Very convenient location for village amenities. Cosy warm cottage furnished to a high standard throughout. A lot of thought by the owner to provide all the things necessary for a comfortable stay. Off road parking which is a bonus in Corfe Castle.
