“Relaxing, wonderful stay with all the trimmings :-)” We stayed at Ratnakara for only 3 nights and wished it could have been longer! The villa is wonderful and charming on a grand scale. It sleeps 10 with enough space for privacy if you are travelling with friends or a group. As there was only the two of us we felt like royalty! With a huge pool – (60ft) or so, suspended off the side you get great views and can do laps! We were well looked after by the staff who were lovely. They gave us space but were attentive when needed. We felt spoilt having all our meals cooked for us and it being just the two of us, but nothing was too much trouble. There was still some landscaping going on around the villa as the villa is newly built, but that was starting to take shape and given a few more weeks will really add to the ‘jungle’ charm of the place. The upstairs lounge is the coolest part of the house as its all open. The breeze is lovely in the evening since the villa sits quite high. We would recommend anyone stay here if you fancy a bit of luxury, want a fabulous holiday and love the privacy of a villa as opposed to a hotel. The food is probably much better!
