You will be perfectly positioned for touring both devon and cornwall with easy access to the a30. You will have a choice of sandy beaches to the north and south as well as attractions such as meldon and roadford reservoirs for walking and fishing, national trust properties, the eden project (60 minutes drive) and horse riding can be found locally. There are two local pubs within 1 mile of the property serving food. The town of okehampton offers visitors the opportunity to step back in time with a visit to the ruins of okehampton castle or play a few holes on the golf course, or swimming in the new local indoor leisure complex. Other attractions include lydford gorge, morwellham quay, two bridges, widecombe-in-the-moor, castle drogo, buckland abbey, crealy adventure park, market towns and more.
