“excellent apartment and great location” We stayed in this apartment in June 18.The beaches and restaurants nearby provide everything a family could need.The location is ideal for trips to aya nappa and protaras, just a short taxi ride away. We had days and nights in both locations and enjoyed the local resturants for a more relaxing evening just walking distance. The kids enjoyed the water sports at the local beach near the apartment as well. On arrival the apartment was spotless and is equipped with all you need for an enjoyable stay. We are looking forward to our return trip in 2019.

“A Home away from Home” We have stayed at this apartment several times over the last 6 years having originally discovered Paphos and used hotels such as Alexander the Great. On each and every occasion we have had nothing but praise for the apartment, the complex and the friendly management crew. As soon as we go through the door the facilities and comfort induce instant relaxation. With excellent cooking, bedding and entertainment facilities its sometimes a hard choice whether to stay in or go out to one of the bars or restaurants a short walk away. A beautiful pool area and well-maintained plants and lawns are a joy to relax in. Thoroughly recommend this, we love it and are going back April 2012 for another 2 weeks.....oh, and again September 2012, Wonderful!

“Spacious apartment with wonderful 180 degree sea views from the balcony” One of the best appointed developments in N Cyprus. Lovely apartment with great views over excellent pool and coastline. Quiet and perfect for a relaxing holiday. Two good bedrooms with main en suite. Well equipped with lots of books, CDs and DVDs. Lots of playthings for children. Wi-fi can be arranged. Good bar and restaurant (Marina Bistro) across the road and supermarket 200 meters away. Local beach within 15 minutes walk. Lots of other quality restaurants within 15 minutes drive. N Cyprus only golf course within 20 minutes drive and 2 x half set of clubs in the apartment for use of guests. Kyrenia 30 minutes drive. New roads make Karpaz peninsula and beautiful Golden Beach an easy day trip. All in all, a perfect apartment to relax and see the best N Cyprus has to offer.

“Cyprus is the place to be and sunrise appartments Polis is the place to stay to enjoy it” Thought the appartments were lovely, great for couples, friends or family, this property was perfect for us as it meant we could cook at home or go out for yummy meals in our surroundings. The roof terrace was a real treat and we very much enjoyed the sunsets and the stars whilst sitting in the 'disco light' style jacuzzi with our i pod plugged into it. Bliss. Everything you need is there for cooking/picnics. The Living room are was comfy and television a nice treat. Liked having balconys in each room and shower really good. Great place to stay as so close to Latchi/Polis and 40 minutes from the airport in Paphos. Definitely advise hiring a boat, scuba diving and exploring the beaches. Our favorite was up near the baths of aphrodite where you can swim out the the rock. The Troodos are worth a visit also and the food up there is so much cheaper. Preffered eating in Polis to Latchi as less touristy. BBQ's are also easy to have in Cyprus as they sell disposibles with the stands and easy to clean up and throw away. “Delivered all that it promised” We have just returned from an excellent fortnight at the apartment. Everything that was described was on offer from the sunbeds by the pool to the necessary air conditioning which was just what was required as the temperatures rose. The whole booking process was smooth and efficiently handled by Diane and we were very impressed that Max who looks after the property in Cyprus was prepared to come out at 1.00 in the morning to show us the necessary after our flight was delayed. This property is about a 20 minute walk to the centre of Paphos and 25 from the Tomb of the Kings Road. Diane arranged taxis to collect us and our daughter from the airport on seperate days and the same driver was used which I think put our daughter at ease as she was travelling alone. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. well worth visiting. Another nice touch was having beach towels provided as well as having towels and linen changed after the first week

“Lovely apartment with quiet shared swimming pool and close to the beach” We spent most of our time in or around the quiet swimming pool, or at Coral Bay beach (10 mins drive). The apartment is modern, immaculate, well cared for and has a balcony that was great for barbeques. With one bedroom the apartment would be perfect for two - with four of us it was OK, depending on the willingness of children to share a sofa bed. The shared pool doesn't have a shallow end, so ideally children should be able to swim (although our 5 year old was happy floating in an inflatable tyre). The car parking space is small and takes practice to reverse into. Our first real overseas holiday as a family, the kids loved it, are still talking about it and want to go back.

“Great value stay in ideal location” We had a great stay in Latsi, one of the last non-over-touristy locations in Cyprus. The early communication and information guide provided by the owner was great. The apartment was perfect, 3 mins walk from the beach, marina and restaurants.

“Experience the real Cyprus” We got back last Thursday from a wonderful weeks stay at this spacious apartment, with my husband and two teenage daughters. Located in Kiti which is such a pretty place and right next to Pervolia both of which serve wonderful, reasonably priced authentic Cypriot meals. We spent time relaxing by the communal pool which was pleasantly quiet considering this was high season. The apartment is a great location if you want to experience Aiya Napa (which we did 3 times) as its only a 45 minute drive but prefer to stay away from the loud hustle n' bustle. If you jump in the car (it was too hot to walk) no more than a 5 minute drive away, there are many little beach bars dotted around the coastline, mainly serving locals with a lovely chilled back atmosphere. The sea was like a bath and crystal clear! The apartment had everything you need, including a washing machine which was great to use on the last day, usually hate coming home to suitcases of dirty washing! The air con and fans in every room were a godsend as the temp was mid to late 30's. There were plenty of towels and pillows (we each sleep with two) and you won't need to bring any hangers either. There is an ensuite with shower off the main bedroom and the main bathroom has bath / shower. The kitchen is well stocked, I can't think of anything that we would've used that wasn't there? The TV has two very watchable movie channels including news channels. It was lovely having a glass of wine on the balcony of an evening before heading off out to dinner. For essential items late at night or anything you make have forgotten to pack, there is a 24 hour supermarket just up the road or for a more reasonably priced supermarket (which we preferred) there's 'My Market' a large supermarket where you can pick up a bottle of wine for around 3 euros. Overall we had a fab holiday and would definitely book again.
