“very comfortable and stylish accommodation, set within a beautiful and well-cared for complex.” This accommodation at Polis Gardens was so comfortable and spacious for our family. The townhouse, the outdoor eating area and the pool area allowed us, as parents, to relax, knowing that our 3yr old and 6yr old were safe regardless of where they were. We had the amazing pool pretty much to ourselves for 10 days and our neighbours in the complex were very kind in offering pool toys to us and tips of where to go in the area. We hired a car for a few days which allowed us to see Coral Bay and Pathos and to see some of the lovely green countryside at this time of year. The weather was lovely at this time of year, allowing us to feel the heat but also be able to explore and do things without feeling uncomfortable. At the complex, it was very peaceful and relaxing but we made good use of the gym and the book swap regularly as well! Thanks Helen for a lovely break.

“Had a wonderful stay” We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa Elektra. I stayed there with my fiance for a weekend and really had a great time. We enjoyed the fact that Villa Elektra is located very close to the sea and the shops/restaurants/kiosks, yet it is built in a quiet road, away from the noisy hotspots of Protaras. The Villa was clean, and had all necessary amenities. We also enjoyed the pool and the large yard with grass. Most importantly, we appreciated the personal interest Terry and Connie showed to our needs, and the fact that they made every efoort for our stay to be memorable. We will definitely visit again.

“Excellent stay” As soon as we walked in to the villa, it felt like home. Koulla and Michael, the owners, have good taste and have equipped the villa with everything you could want. The rooms are really well decorated, beds are great and the pool is lovely. The location is unbeatable in Pissouri Bay - restaurants down the road and the beach within minutes but very little noise from the road. Some really good touches like the unexpected welcome pack, the free internet/wifi, the well-equipped kitchen, etc. Koulla and Michael also very friendly, helpful and decent people who were keen that we had a good stay. I would definitely stay again.

“Superb spacious Villa , Great views , lovely location . Well maintained .” We have visited Villa Dioni for two years now . We will visit again because for our family of six it suits all our needs . The villa is well equipped and spacious .The rooms all have Air conditioning available and upstairs rooms all have access to a large balcony area , via patio doors, with lovely extensive sea views. The views of the sea are a wonderful backdrop to the large pool area which is surrounded by plenty of sunbeds and a pretty garden . The Gazebo and Barbeque area are great for long lazy afternoons and we found it was our favourite location for many dinner parties at night ! There are many large local supermarkets which make this a great place to self cater if you want to tear yourself away from the local restaurants which were very friendly and had excellent fresh food. The Owners are very attentive and maintain the property to a high standard . They are easily contactable and quick to attend to matters should they arise which is comforting when travelling with the family. The main beach at Coral Bay has plenty of watersports on offer for teens and lots of sand for younger children. You will also find plenty of places to eat and drink in Coral Bay as well as Car hire and Jeep Safari .This Villa appeals to us because we can relax in privacy or easily join in with the activites on offer nearby . Lovely , Can't wait to go back !

“Fantastic location.” Bus stop right outside only a euro to go any where. And 2.50 euro for all day pass right uptill last bus in morning from Ayia napa at 4.30 am. Beach close and water sports especially scuba diving great. Lovely restaurants in perena. Would highly recommend the villa.

“home from home” great house ,has everything there , 3 bedrooms / air-con, close to pool ,good location .Easy access to harbour , tomb of kings strip ( restaurants ) and beach on the easy to use bus service @ 1:50 Euro each .Had a good break and hope to return soon ,I would recommend this to my friends and indeed already have :)

“Late winter sunshine” Left snowy England & Europe to visit Sunset Valley in North Cyprus for a little winter sunshine. Was delighted to arrive, late at night, after a long journey at at the property & find lights on & a welcome pack waiting in the kitchen. Really enjoyed my stay & enjoyed seeing Cyprus in winter. The countryside was lush & green & the beaches still beautiful even though the seas were rough. The property was neat, tidy & superbly clean, the garden was also a delight - all a real asset to the owner. Thank you for helping to make my short stay a total delight.

“Absolute fantastic we couldn't have had a better wedding day” Well i dont know were to start there was 16 of us in total of all ages from 4 - 76 and we all had an amazing time, me and my partner wanted to come somewhere to relax and get married at the same time. The villa was lovely, clean and had everything you needed and more!! The villa is in walking distance to restuarants, bars, shops, supermarkets and the beach, there are buses to where ever else you would like to visit on the island the area is beautiful and the people are amazing so friendly and welcoming. For me and my partner George and his wife made our holiday & wedding day super special and nothing was ever to much trouble such nice people!!! Thank you so much George and Maria. George arranged transport for us all to and from the airport, George came and told us we were welcome to make use of the beautiful flowers around the villa for our wedding and he came and took photos which were fantastic!! We are even talking about coming back next year just me, ricky and the kids. Thank you again George

“Cyprus is the place to be and sunrise appartments Polis is the place to stay to enjoy it” Thought the appartments were lovely, great for couples, friends or family, this property was perfect for us as it meant we could cook at home or go out for yummy meals in our surroundings. The roof terrace was a real treat and we very much enjoyed the sunsets and the stars whilst sitting in the 'disco light' style jacuzzi with our i pod plugged into it. Bliss. Everything you need is there for cooking/picnics. The Living room are was comfy and television a nice treat. Liked having balconys in each room and shower really good. Great place to stay as so close to Latchi/Polis and 40 minutes from the airport in Paphos. Definitely advise hiring a boat, scuba diving and exploring the beaches. Our favorite was up near the baths of aphrodite where you can swim out the the rock. The Troodos are worth a visit also and the food up there is so much cheaper. Preffered eating in Polis to Latchi as less touristy. BBQ's are also easy to have in Cyprus as they sell disposibles with the stands and easy to clean up and throw away. “Totally relaxing holiday accomodation” We have been staying in Pissouri Bay now for the last 12 years, in various villas and apartments. Katikies 20, had every thing we wanted to cater for two parents and their children in their teens and twenties. Excellent double bedrooms, very modern open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room, with all mod cons and the all important Wi-Fi for today's travellers. Fabulous pool and sun area, with seating and sun loungers. We can't thank Julie enough, who made us feel extremely welcome, with a starter pack, which we were so grateful for, also providing us with an additional sun bed, when requested and keeping an eye on the small details, which really mattered. We would definitely recommend this Villa, for families, small groups of friends as it is also ideally placed within walking distance of the bars and restaurants of Pissouri Bay.

“Fantastic memories to cherish” Our son has just got married in Cyprus. There were 60 family and friends , 30 of us stayed in coral bride & coral cypria villa next door. Both villas are completely different but both are lovely with plenty of room for us all to have our own space without getting on each other's nerves. Any problems was sorted out by George who we soon got to know very well ( beers in the fridge George). The bonus for us was the fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom , kitchen was well equipped and when there wasn't enough glasses George brought us 5 packs later that day. Thank you George for sorting out accommodation on the day we left as our flight was a late one. We all loved coral bay and the villas were ideal for our large family wedding having the supermarket and bars all within walking distance.

“Superb villa, great pool, good location and fantastic value” Villa Mille is absolutely superb. Stayed for 2 weeks with my wife and mother in law and we couldn't have been happier. Its really clean and tidy with good condition furnishings and fittings. The pool is faultless, cleaned 3 times a week and reasonably private even though there are other houses around. It has a private gated parking space which you access from the rear garden. The beds were very comfortable and the AC which was a godsend at night due to the 40 degree plus weather we had was great. You can walk to the beach in 5-10 mins and there are a number of small supermarkets even closer than that. You don't NEED a car but I would always recommend having one, the Metro supermarket in Paralimni is a must for value and the variety of stuff you can get and is about 5 mins drive away. Plus if you wanted to venture into Protaras or further afield then a car would be essential. Andrew (the owner) couldn't have been better, we had to change our dates at the last minute due to a bereavement and he did this without fuss and at no cost to us, we were even able to stay in the villa until late on our day of departure (gave us an extra days holiday in reality.) This place has everything you need for a great stay in Cyprus, We were just very disappointed that he was booked up in September as we were going to book a further week immediately. I would not hesitate to stay here over and over again.

“Amazing villa.” My family and I visited Cyprus for a family wedding. We stayed in mariandy 1. The villa was perfect, loads of space and beautiful grounds. Roughly a 10 minute walk to coral bay where you can find a good mix of bars and restaurants. The villa is easy to find and very secure. Had a few maintenance issues that where rectified straight away. Some of the people we travelled with have already booked their stay for next year. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will definitely be return guests to this villa.
