Customer Service Advisor


HL are currently hiring CS Advisors with fluent language skills in English plus any of the following: Spanish, Greek, Turkish, Portuguese, French, Italian.

Objectives of the Role:


Handle inbound calls from our all customers and deliver a consistent level of outstanding service and add value to the customers’ experience that continually exceeds their expectations. Working to provide consistent, high-quality, pro-active support to Holiday Lettings private advertisers and ensure a high standard of advertising across the site.

Key responsibilities of the Customer Service Team:

• Administration of setup and utilisation of WFM software and ACD reporting
• Collection and analysis and reporting of historical centre performance statistics
• Handle inbound calls consistently meeting and maintaining Department standards and goals (i.e. ATT, ACW, Quality).
• Ability to provide expert advice and accurate information to customers regarding the website, booking challenges, and changes/cancellations to existing reservations.
• Follow company guidelines while thinking quickly and outside the box to offer solutions to meet the customer’s needs.
• Resolve calls and only escalating when all options have been exhausted.
• Provide clear and concise documentation of all cases.
• Meet schedule adherence goals set forth by TripAdvisor.
• Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on a variety of issues. • Use multiple applications during call (i.e.Spiti, Salesforce, Admin tools).

Senior Customer Service Advisor


Objectives of the Role:
Supporting the Advert Quality Team Leader to provide consistent, high-quality, pro-active support to Holiday Lettings private advertisers. To ensure a high standard of advertising across the site whilst contributing to the responsibilities of the Customer Service department as a whole.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advert Quality Team:

  • Educating customers on how to best use the website and products for successful advertising
  • To ensure that all payments and emails for adverts are dealt with effectively and efficiently and assist advertisers in setting up their advert.
  • To review adverts on our Free Listing model for quality, content & adherence to our minimum standards.
  • Play a key part to generating more interest for our Free Listing adverts.
  • To input adverts & liaise with our linguists for translation services.
  • Responding to incoming telephone and email enquiries, using a variety of in-house tools to address matters.
  • Ensuring a high quality experience whilst using the website, for all consumers.
  • Communication of matters to different departments within the companyx

  • To provide support to the Team Leader of motivation and management of the Advert Quality Team.

Quality Assurance Tester

The Candidate:
Are you the type of person who has a thirst for information, a persistent attitude and enjoys a challenge? We are looking for a fast learning software tester who can hit the ground running with a pro-active attitude to learning and self-improvement. You will be expected to gain knowledge of our vast website and back end systems and utilize this experience to form your test scripts, which you will need to execute manually and then automate with PHP and Selenium.

Essential skills = must have:
• Mercurial version control.
• Commercial experience in a testing role.
• Able to effectively prioritize your own workload when under pressure to minimize business risk.
• Understanding of programming for the web and basic web security.
• Good practical knowledge of testing.
• Experience with Selenium based automated testing.
• Experience of Jira.

As a Product Manager, you will be an integral part of shaping the strategy for Holiday Lettings working as part of a team of 3 product managers. You will report to the Senior Product Manager and will have frequent and significant exposure to the senior leadership.
