What is Payment Protection?

Payment Protection  gives guests extra peace of mind when booking a holiday let. In the unlikely event that access to the property is prevented or denied upon check-in, we offer a full refund for the stay.
If a property has a Payment Protection stamp, guests must pay for their stay online via the Holiday Lettings payment platform. Check the web address starts with before making an online payment.
To make a Payment Protection claim, guests must contact us within 24 hours of the check-in date stated on their booking confirmation and send us a completed claim form (pdf) within 10 days of the start of the holiday.
