Creating a set of Co-located Adverts is quick and easy. Simply follow these instructions:

  • Log into your Home Management Page using this link
  • Click on 'Add New Property' and select Co-located Adverts
  • Enter the location details into Stage 1. This information is the same for all adverts within your set of Co-located Adverts and therefore only needs to be entered once. Click on save changes once you have completed Stage 1 (any future updates to this stage can be done using the edit buttons on the Group Advert)
  • You have now created a set of co-located homes, within this set are two Co-located Adverts including a Group Advert for which activation is optional
  • Return to your Home Management Page where you will find your new set of Co-located Adverts, you will now need to complete the information in each stage of the adverts. As with the location details, you will only need to enter the Area Details within Stage 3 once.

Your set of Co-located Adverts may contain between two and five adverts. To add more adverts to your set simply click on the 'Add New' button on your Home Management Page, this can be found at the bottom of the existing set of adverts.

Q: Can you help create my Co-located Adverts?

A member of our Customer Service Team can set up your set of Co-located Adverts for £10 +VAT per advert. As you know your property better than we do you will need to provide us with the information required to create the adverts. Normally this is either from another website, if applicable or a form, which you can fill in to give us the details.

For more information relating to our advert input or translation services email us or contact Customer Services on +44 (0)1865 312000.

Please note that all adverts are displayed in English and you will need to be able to respond to enquiries in English - we cannot assist with your enquiries.

Q: Can I convert my existing adverts to Co-located Adverts?

If you wish to convert your existing Classic Advert(s) into Co-located Adverts please contact our Customer Service Team by email or telephone +44 (0)1865 312000 9am-5.30pm, Monday-Friday.

Premium Adverts are not available within the set of Co-located Adverts (Co-located Adverts already have a greater prominence on the search results pages), if you would like to convert your Premium Advert, please contact our Customer Service Team who will talk you through the options available to you.

Q: Can I link out to my personal website?

If you have a personal website we can link to it from your adverts and provide performance statistics for the number of times the link is used. Only personal websites can be linked to. Do this by entering the URL at the bottom of Stage 1 of your advert.

A link to your website is free of charge if you link back to us. Links are hugely beneficial for your website and ours in boosting how they are perceived and ultimately ranked by search engines such as Google.

If you prefer to just have a link out to your site you can pay for this on the Make A Payment page within your Home Management Page. Links cost £30 + VAT per annum.

In the case of co-located homes, each advert will have a link to your personal website. However, only one of those links will be recognised by Google. This means that the links on each advert will work, but Google will only recognise Holiday Lettings as linking once to your website.

As per the terms and conditions of use of our website, we do not allow website addresses within the main body of your advert. Neither do we allow links to business or competitor sites. We reserve the right to remove and/or deactivate any links.
