“a gem” We were tempted to write a bad review to preserve this gem so we could get a future reservation. But in all fairness we can't do that. This cottage is a gem in a great location.It is cozy but we had sufficient room. The lack of a stove was no problem as we did not go on vacation to cook. There are too many really good restaurants within walking distance to waste time inside. We are both gardeners and the yards blew us away. Dave and Jackie have done a great job of planting and creating a restful area. The Koi pond is a nice touch. The host Dave and Jackie are like long time friends right from the beginning. The beach is very close but we preferred to spend time in the back yard. There are photos on the web site but they can not do justice to the reality. I tried a video and that is not good enough. We enjoyed the sound of the waterfall in the Koi pond day and night. We are long time canoeists and it reminded us of camping on the river bank.

“Great location, very spacious!” Came here with my family and this place is extremely spacious and great location, right on the beach! Konstantinos was very response and addressed all our questions and concerns immediately. Even though there were some repairs that were needed throughout the home it didn’t effect our stay at all! Can’t beat the price either! We will definitely book here again.

“Nice Unit” My family stayed in unit 52 in early June. The unit was very neat and clean. The complex was quiet and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the large deck. The owner was very easy to work with, he was quick to respond to any question I had and put me at ease with renting. The beds were comfortable, however they were very high and a bit of a challenge for a short person to get in. The location of the condo was good, we many good restaurants and shops within walking distance. We would definitely rent again.

“Great week” Wonderful relaxing week. Comfortable and convenient ocean front vacation. The condo is spacious and bright. You can literally walk to just about anything you need. Port Canaveral is minutes away. This is truly a great place to stay for a week at the beach.

“Perfect for our family” This was the perfect spot for our family vacation. The unit was spacious and had a wonderful view of the ocean. The beach was a little rough with all the shells, but it's a small bother.

“Everything that was promised and much more” The location was perfect! The beach just a few short steps. The pool right outisde your door. Ron Jon and Jetty Park a 5 minute drive. Plenty of good local resturants or stock the fridge and eat in! Another plus, Disney is only 50 miles away, close but far enough away from the rush. The covered parking keeps the car sheltered and cool during the hot Florida days. I plan to go back and will stay in this unit again!

“Great place to stay!” My family used this condo as our home base for our summer vacation. It was a great place to stay. The building and condo were very clean and quite. Everything we needed for cooking and cleaning up afterwards were in the kitchen. The building has a trash chute on every floor and elevators. The walk to the beach is very short with an area to rinse off when you return. I never felt crowded and everyone was very polite. It was a short drive to Kennedy Space Center and the Cove at the port. The pier is a 5 minute stroll from condo along the beach to the pier. Within a mile you can rent bikes, surfboards, etc and you can even take in a surf lesson. It was the perfect spot to stay and we had no issues. The second bedroom is more than enough room for two kids and they have their own bathroom and the wifi was super fast unlike most hotels were we have stayed. I plan on returning again and staying at this condo. It was a great and relaxing week.
