This detached lodge is situated on the owners' smallholding near the Shropshire village of Chelmarsh and sleeps five people in three bedrooms. The Lodge is a detached property situated close to the owners' farmhouse, on a 26 acre smallholding, two miles from the village of Chelmarsh, six miles from Bridgnorth in Shropshire. This single-storey cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms, consisting of two doubles, including one with an en-suite shower, plus there is a separate single bedroom and a bathroom with roll-top bath at the property. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with multi-fuel stove. Outside there is off road parking for three cars and a front, enclosed lawned garden with decked area, furniture and barbecue. The Lodge provides excellent accommodation for visiting historic towns and villages, along with some of Shropshire's famous attractions, such as the Ironbridge Gorge World Heritage Site.

Region: A E Houseman once wrote that Shropshire was “the quietest place under the sun” and today the county remains something of a rural idyll, recognised as one of the least crowded and most peaceful regions in England.
Town: The rural village of Chelmarsh is surrounded by countryside and is situated 4.5 miles from the historic town of Bridgnorth. The village boasts a Grade I listed St. Peter’s Church, a pub and a 100 acre reservoir, which is ideal for sailing and fishing. There are a number of walking and cycling routes in the area, along with delightful towns and villages and plenty of attractions - there's something for the whole family!
