Activities in the Chamonix Valley are varied and include superb skiing facilities for skiers of all aptitudes. Chamonix has something for all levels starting at the snowboard park at Le Tour to a testing and exciting day on Les Grands Montets. Winter in Chamonix for the non-skier does provide plenty of interest with shops, museums and markets as well as a host of other sporting activities. The range of shops, restaurants and bars make this one of the best small towns in France.
