“Super weekend away!” Booked as a weekend gathering for a few couples and our small children. The house worked extremely well and living areas felt spacious even when we were all together. The house is extremely well equipped and has beautiful views over the lakes. A super weekend away enjoyed by all!!

“Wonderful!” I booked this cottage for my mum and grandad to stay in over the Christmas holidays and what a find it is! The booking process was easy and Alex was always quick to respond to any questions we may have. The property is very spacious, perfect for when you have extra guests popping by. It’s only flaw is the oven, it does need some time to warm up but this won’t be putting us off from booking again. We all absolutely adored this place.

“Stunning! Couldnt have asked for a better weekend!” The extravagant gated driveway and the long meander up to the house gives the feeling of what you are to expect upon arrival at Ewelme Manor. We were greeted with a gorgeous arrival gift of Champagne, strawberries and chocolates giving the sense that the owners truly welcomed us into their home and wishes us a pleasant stay. Every room within the house is perfectly decorated, in its own theme, with oodles of space for your party. There was never a sense of being uncomfortable during our stay. The house was completely fully furnished, even down to ice trays meaning that our party did not want for anything. We were completely taken care of. The outdoor heated pool and surrounding patio area was perfect for lazy days in the sunshine followed by BBQ’s and outdoor games, which took place away from the house with plenty of space for a game or two of rounders. The pool house containing cinema and wet room were an added surprise and were often frequented when things became too hectic and a sit down was needed. Everything we could of asked for 20 ladies to enjoy a fabulous weekend!! Thank you to the owners Stephen and Candida for all the personal touches, taking care of all of our requests and of course the gorgeous weather :o)

“Fantastic peaceful piece of heaven!” We arrived on the Friday night so it was dark, got inside the house one word WOW! In the morning the views from the balcony amazing peaceful beautiful place, grounds spa all beautiful, if you get a chance you must stay at this little piece of heaven!

“Family Get-Together” Booked this break for a family get-together. 6 adults. We all had a great time. House was a delight-very clean, spacious and had all the comforts of home. The resort itself was great. Pool was a joy, spa was grand. Hired bikes to explore a beautiful and welcoming area. Pubs and restaurants provided great service and terrific food. We all look forward to our next visit.

“Beautiful cottage in perfect location” A roomy and well maintained cottage with ample space for 8 guests. Cosy lounge, family dining room, well equipped kitchen and a useful snug with it's own en-suite - ideal for kids to chill out in. One bedroom has a garden terrace which would be lovely in warmer weather. The property is right in the heart of town so very little walking even for elderly guests and other towns and villages are all close by in a car. Highly recommended.
