“Tabula Rasa” Everyone visits a new place for different reasons. For me, it's normally a chance to slow down, relax, decompress, and reflect on where I've been and where I'm going. For that, Cayman Cottage is perfect. Cayman Brac is just far enough off the beaten path you're unlikely to be bumping in to co-workers at the bar; and the island is populated with people friendly enough that you can start a conversation after a wave and a smile. The cottage is clean, well apportioned and complete. No bells and whistles, just everything you need to enjoy life. Sue, the proprietress is warm, friendly and a wealth of knowledge of the people and area. Everything in life is about your expectations and what you appreciate. If you're a high roller who's used to room service and chocolates on the pillow, you'll probably want to stay on Grand Cayman at the Ritz-Carlton. If you're self contained and looking for somewhere quiet and private to spend time with your thoughts or a loved one, this is an excellent choice. Just make sure to bring flip-flops, a floppy hat, shades and sunscreen. Enjoy!

“Relaxing Beach Condo” This condo is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The condo states is sleeps four but we had a party of five with one person sleeping on the couch. We never felt as if we didn't have enough room. The three baths were a plus for five people taking showers in the afternoon (or not). The condo had three sliding doors. One in each bedroom and one in the living room. We felt very safe leaving sliding doors open while we slept at night. Beach and water are right out the back door. Walking distance to dive shop and car rental. Owners very nice and helpful with quesitons. I would recommend this unit to anyone traveling to Cayman Brac.
