“such a relaxing experience helped by the generosity of Guiseppe'” Fortunately the 2 of us had good weather, all important in properties with hot climates. The comfortable villa was sited way up a mountain/very large hill! which meant a car was essential + there is no way to walk down to Scopello. The huge outside space had lots of equipment and was excellent for eating out/barbeques/sunbathing. The panoramic view was absolutely glorious and overlooked 180 degree view of the gulf. Guiseppe the owner is a lovely man. On arrival we followed him in his car and he gave us a brief tour so we could orientate ourselves and once in the villa he explained all the amenities and foibles of his house. He also brought large quantities of tasty cooked food + delicious cakes which lasted us for 3 main meals.

“A lovely place to stay” This property has wonderful views of the sea. It is very clean and well equipped, and has a garden that is safe for young children. It's just a few minutes drive from a beautiful cove and easy walking distance from a good pizza restaurant, and there are more restaurants further down the road in Scopello. Do hire yourself a small car though, as the winding driveway was very hard to navigate in an estate car! We were met by the owner, Giuseppina - a really lovely lady who speaks very good English and made us feel very welcome.

“Memorable Holiday” The warm, friendly welcome and delicious lunch provided by Paola and her husband instantly made us feel at home and set the tone for our holiday. This comfortable, well equipped and spacious Villa is a great base for exploring the amazing cultural and gastronomic delights of Western Sicily. The garden has bay, lemon, olive and fig trees, roses and lavender. Within walking distance of town, we enjoyed shopping and eating out locally too. Everyone we met was so friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. The scent of orange blossom in the garden will always remind us of a lovely, memorable holiday.
