Decaj is situated on an elevated site at Cap Estate, overlooking an 18 hole championship golf course, Cas En Bas beach and the Atlantic Ocean on the left and Reduit Beach and the Caribbean Sea to the right. The house is cooled by the Atlantic breeze. Villa Decaj is built on two levels. You enter the house on the first floor through a spacious dining room with seating for 8 persons and nearby there is a well equipped kitchen. The living room is furnished with leather furniture and a flat screen TV with cablevision and a DVD player which is compatible with USA and UK DVDs. There is also a CD player hooked up to surround sound. The living area opens through French doors onto a large balcony with seating for 6 persons for alfresco dining. There are two bedrooms on this level. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, plus air conditioning, a ceiling fan, an alarm clock and a hairdryer. There is an ensuite bathroom, with both a shower and a tub, attached to both bedrooms. Downstairs there is another large sitting area with ceiling fans, stereo, a fridge and a powder room. This room opens onto the garden and a terrace with a large swimming pool, with loungers and a dining gazebo. A luxurious villa situated high on Sea Breeze hills in Cap Estate. Cap Estate is a residential area with private homes and an 18 hole championship golf course, three hotels and restaurants and 2 beaches. Cayman Villa overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and is perfectly situated to enjoy the breathtaking views of Martinique (on a clear day) and the lovely Atlantic breeze. The entrance to the house is into an open area which leads to a well equipped kitchen, dining room with a dining table to seat 8 persons and a living room. The open space is made complete with a bar, stocked with a beer and wine chiller, ice maker and an array of glassware. Just off the central living room is a media room with a 52 inch plasma TV, DVD player, Ipod dock and Sonos sound system. The sitting room opens out through glass doors onto a walkway with steps leading down to the large patio and pool area. Blue Moon is situated on the fairway of the 18 hole Championship golf course at Cap Estate. The villa enjoys wonderful views of the golf course and out to the Caribbean Sea. The villa is built on three levels. You enter into an open plan sitting room with a well equipped kitchen. The sitting room has comfortable sofas and chairs for relaxing, listening to music or watching TV. This room opens out onto a spacious patio with a table that can seat 8 persons for alfresco dining. At the far end of this patio is a small solar heated pool, the perfect spot for enjoying a cool, tropical cocktai . Villa Paradisso is a 4 bedroom villa situated on a hill top in Cap Estate. Paradisso's unique location affords its occupants panoramic ocean views which is enhanced by the constant cool tropical breeze flowing through this villa. The villa is situated a few minutes drive away from Cotton Bay beach, Le Sport Resort and Spa and the St. Lucia Golf and Coutry Club with its 18 hole championship golf course. Rodney Bay with its shops, restaurants, bars, night life and medical facilities is about a 10 minute drive away. This modern, three story villa has been constructed to a very high standard. The ground level entrance leads into a spacious living/dining room, opening through French doors onto a verandah, which overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and enjoys a constant, cooling breeze. The modern kitchen, with granite worktops and modern appliances including a 5 burner gas Hob, fridge/freezer and wine cooler, is situated next to the dining area. There is also a utility room with a washer/dryer and a guest bathroom. A garage completes the ground level facilities. Upstairs there are three air conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and an ensuite shower room with a walk in shower and a jacuzzi. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen size bed: both bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms. All the bedrooms open onto a generous family entertainment area with a sofa bed, books, TV and DVD. The lower ground floor can be accessed from the ground floor verandah or from an external staircase. There is another spacious patio with covered and uncovered areas for alfresco dining, barbeques and relaxing by the pool. There is a separate studio room at the back of the patio with an American Queen bed and an ensuite shower room. Housekeeper - Monday to Saturday -8.30am to 3.30pm Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. This is a spacious house, which has been recently renovated to a very high standard with much of the exterior in an attractive coral stone finish. The villa is situated on Windward Hills and enjoys views of both the Atlantic and Caribbean Seas. The house is cooled by a constant breeze from the Atlantic Ocean. The villa is situated in an acre of landscaped garden that is fenced with access through a remote controlled gate. The villa is a short drive from an 18 hole Championship Golf course and Cotton Bay and Le Sport beaches. The numerous shops and restaurants situated in Rodney Bay are about a 10 minute drive away. The villa has two storeys. The first floor has 4 air conditioned double bedrooms. Two of these have kingsize beds and open onto a high level patio, where guests can enjoy wonderful views. Each of these bedrooms has an ensuite shower room. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each, which can be converted into a king bed. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms – one with a tub and one with a shower. Downstairs there are 3 more bedrooms, which are cooled with ceiling fans. The Atlantic and Caribbean bedrooms have a kingsize bed and ensuite shower, and the middle bedroom has two single beds and an ensuite shower. Ample space is provided for relaxation and entertainment with a large sitting / dining room with a TV which is connected to cablevision + a DVD and a stereo. There is a long dining table which can seat 12 persons and another round table which can seat 8 persons. A wooden patio runs the entire length of the house furnished with tables and chairs for alfresco dining and sofas and loungers for relaxing. The patio is adjacent to the pool deck, swimming pool and a large wooden deck for sun worshippers. There is also an attractive gazebo with built in seating. At the back of the house is the kitchen, equipped with cooker, fridge, microwave, coffee maker etc., a laundry room (with a washing machine and a dryer) and a small drinks fridge, a small child’s bedroom cooled with a ceiling fan and another shower room ( available at a small additional nightly fee) The house is equipped with a baby’s crib and high chair. The watchman/ general maintenance man lives in a cottage at the bottom of the garden separated from the house by mango trees and lawn. Housekeeper service daily from 8.30am to 3.30pm. This is a Caribbean style three bedroom, three bathroom house tastefully renovated and refurbished in 1999. The villa enjoys a hillside site with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and Rodney Bay, as well as wonderful breezes from the Atlantic Ocean. There is an open-plan kitchen, sitting/dining area. The kitchen has louvre shutters opening to the view. The living/dining area, with two ceiling fans, has louvre doors opening onto a series of patios, all of which are built of natural wood and are situated around and within a flamboyant tree giving the feeling of a “treehouse” and creating a most attractive and relaxing atmosphere. The “treehouse” patio has a bridge that leads to the swimming pool, which is surrounded by colourful bougainvillea and tropical plants. There are two double bedrooms on the main living level. Bedroom 1 has two single beds that can be made into a king size bed, with louvre windows that look out towards the flamboyant tree. There is a shower room off of this bedroom. Bedroom 2 has a four poster queen size bed with an en suite shower room. This bedroom has a door that leads to the swimming pool and sun deck. The double master bedroom is at an elevated level. It has a queen size four poster bed and an en suite bathroom with a bath and shower. There is also a private patio off of the bedroom which enjoys a fabulous view all of its own. Nestled in the hills of an old sugar plantation, Residence du Cap is situated on approximately three quarters of an acre. Residence du Cap is a 2 story house made up of three main bedrooms and a fully self contained guest cottage that counts as a fourth bedroom. The cottage is ideal as guest/in-laws quarters.
