“Ideal Thanksgiving family getaway” We were really pleased to find the annex so comfortable and spacious which was just what we needed. My husband has dementia and so we weren't planning on a lot of activities and we had this lovely yard to relax in and were able to actually entertain visits from relatives and friends. and our dog was welcomed as well and received a new toy to toss. Mimi was a gracious and helpful hostess. My only possible criticism would be that those great funky icecream table chairs on the porch and yard are not exactly comfortable. But we made do and were happy anyway.

“A serene and beautiful place to go....” One of many beautiful things at the cottage was sitting out on the veranda with my morning cafe....watching the mist roll out and the pelican's meeting up on the docks for morning conversations....The peace and quiet was perfect and well deserved...didn't want to be anywhere else.... The Cottage was fully contained and stocked and the movie collection was amazing!! Did not want to leave... I'll be back...!!

“Beautiful Property” Loved this place. There's plenty of room. The property is spacious and right in the middle of nature. Saw a Rosy Boa and Roadrunners. It's a nice place to get away from the madness. It's very clean and well kept. Ron is very welcoming. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

“Hidden Gem!” We (myself, partner and 5 year old son) stayed in this delightful cottage for 3 weeks in June on a visit to friends/family in the area. The property was immaculately presented and all necessities and additional comforts were there. The location was excellent being walking distance to all amenities including pool, beauty salon, cafes, restaurants and parks. The property owners could not have been more helpful and accommodating and I really could not recommend this property highly enough. Point Richmond itself is a hidden gem of a town, yet still so close to San Francisco - perfect!

“The owners are great, very helpful and friendly.” Jeanne and I stayed at D&E; Diggs vacation rental for 2 days and had a truly wonderful experience. The location of this Rental to Yosemite is very good, only about a 45 minute scenic drive away. The property and surrounding area is beautiful, so if you don't feel like going into Yosemite, just relax and enjoy it. Donna and Eric are available if you have questions or need something, but give you privacy if you want it. This vacation rental has a full kitchen, seating area and large bedroom with a very comfortable bed. We found that there were areas on their large property to read, relax and enjoy, like a nightly fire in the fire pit looking up at the stars.

“What a Dream” This is much more than a home away from home. We never wanted to leave! The historic beauty of this property embraces all of the charm of Nevada City and is perfectly located along the main street for easy shopping and dining. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable and the owner Marney is sweet as can be. She is very responsive and accommodating and we will definitely return.
