“Ideal Thanksgiving family getaway” We were really pleased to find the annex so comfortable and spacious which was just what we needed. My husband has dementia and so we weren't planning on a lot of activities and we had this lovely yard to relax in and were able to actually entertain visits from relatives and friends. and our dog was welcomed as well and received a new toy to toss. Mimi was a gracious and helpful hostess. My only possible criticism would be that those great funky icecream table chairs on the porch and yard are not exactly comfortable. But we made do and were happy anyway.

“Ocean View Beach Condo” Our family had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful condo. The condo itself if very relaxing, with nice furniture, and great views and patios. It is a great place to stay with kids because they have everything you need (stuffed animals, games, beach umbrella, beach toys and boogie boards) and a great pool and hot tub. We felt right at home here, and Vida left special treats and surprises for the kids. It's a close drive to awesome beaches, Disney, good restaurants, and shops. I recommend staying here for sure!

“Family Fun at it's Finest” If you are looking for luxury with a family friendly feeling, then this is the property for you. Our family enjoyed staying at the "Playground Estate" in March of 2012. We were first attracted to this property because of it's tennis court and playground for the kids. Once we saw all the amenities, we were sold. After speaking with Bob, the owner, we knew our family would have a vacation to remember. This vacation rental has so many perks for families traveling to Southern California. It is close to the major theme parks yet when you are "home" you feel a million miles from civilization. It is quiet and peaceful with an amazing view. We enjoyed watching movies while the kids played in the adjacent toy area. The couch is super cozy to snuggle up as a couple or is big enough for the whole family. The gourmet kitchen is open to the living area so the cook doesn't miss out on the fun. Outside is a patio area which is wonderful for reading a book or having a nice dinner. There is a propane heater if the nights get chilly. We had many fun days swimming at the pool and felt more secure knowing there was a pool cover to prevent the kids from falling in when not in use. You will feel like royalty in the huge master suite and master bath. And the children will love the bunk bed room. If you are looking to vacation in the San Diego area, call Bob and talk to him about his properties. He is a gracious host that will do everything he can to make sure you and your family and friends have a magnificent time. There is no doubt we will return for another wonderful trip to this rental home.

“Great for babies, full kitchen, home away from home!” This is a great guest house. It was separate from the main house which was important to use since we were traveling with our 13 month old baby. He doesn't sleep so well. :) Crying in hotels or disturbing next door guests in other vacation rentals was a concern for us. Shell was super accommodating and it worked out great! I believe she even provided a pack 'n play but we had our own. It was 108 degrees when we were there, but the a/C handled it no problem. There are lots of new and nice kitchen ware which is also a gamble with vacation rentals. It's been completely renovated so the floors and bathroom etc are all new too. With Roku for Netflix and a full kitchen we almost forgot to go to Yosemite! The park is about 1 hr 15min away at average speed and traffic. With little ones it can be a little too much driving in and out but we were well aware of this when booking. We booked the weekend of July 4th 2 weeks in advance to one of the most popular National Parks in the country! Yup couldn't find anything in the park, we were just so happy to find something as nice as this! Great place, would recommend if you don't mind a little drive into the park. Home away from home, good for babies.

“Blown away with the Location & Amenities” I could not have asked for a better experience with the booking process at TreeHouse. Mariam always answered her phone or responded to emails extremely fast. When we arrived at the house I was blown away with the location and the amenities. It was clean, the kitchen was fully stocked with equipment we would need for the weekend. I would highly recommend booking with them. You will not be disappointed.
