The Chateau is a unique Perigordian style, nine bedroomed, five bathroomed castle. Set in 50 very private acres, on its own hillside in the Lot Valley, it has a balustraded L shaped heated pool with a domed Jacuzzi adjacent to and south of the chateau.

This tastefully restored Water Mill, set amidst its own meadows and woodland, is situated on a small tributary of the River Vert which flows into the River Lot. The gardens surrounding the Mill include terraces, one of which surrounds the 12m x 6m swimming pool.
