“Fabulous location with sea views with superb accomodation.” You could not place this house in a better spot in Brighton I'm sure as not only have you sea views from the property but everything needed is in walking distance, from shops to bars, restaurants and clubs (what more could you ask for). The accommodation is extremely comfortable and so beautifully decorated, very elegant and relaxing. Would definitely recommend to friends and would hope to one day visit again.

“Excellent apartment in good position.” When my wife and I arrived at the apartment block we quickly made contact and were shown our parking spot and given the keys to the apartment. Everything was clean, modern and immaculately prepared. The apartment is situated on the tenth floor facing south so it has a spectacular view out to the sea. There is access from the lounge to the balcony so you can see the beach and the remnants of the west pier across the road. The bedroom is snug but has a very comfortable bed and a flat-screen TV. Bathroom is immaculate. The lounge is spacious and comfortable with a larger TV. The kitchen has everything you need, but we did not use anything except the kettle, toaster and fridge. There are so many restaurants in the vicinity we always ate out. The location of the apartment was perfect for us, with a reasonable walk to the main pier, the Pavilion and Museum, the Lanes shopping and the North Lanes. It was far enough away to be quiet but still accessible to the centre. After walking around the Pavilion and the shops it was perfect sitting on the balcony in the late afternoon sun! We found the apartment to be excellent, decorated to a very high standard and maintained very well. We were very impressed and are considering going back again sometime in the future. The owner Olivia was very organised and made sure everything was OK for us. (The return of the deposit was also made very quickly.)

“Fantastic apartment - very clean” A wonderful week in a very clean, well furnished apartment. The added extras (flowers, toiletries, tea, coffee, etc.) made it feel like home from home. Julie and Bruce were very friendly & accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. A very peaceful location with easy and free parking - A bonus! Just a brisk 20 minute walk to the sea. Highly recommended.

“Dream Holidays” Apartment in a good place, with beach a 100 meters, supermarkets near, restaurants and pubs near, everything is near this apartment is central and decoration is very nice and pleasure. We enjoyed very much the apartment and all facilities give to us. Congratulations to Mr. Carl, that was very atentional with us when we asked somethings like a charger adapter.

“Beautiful flat in a great location” This is a beautiful flat,so light and airy and with a lovely open plan feel-the bathroom/wet room is to die for and the wooden floors and white walls give the flat a minimal, yet homely feel.Plenty of trendy `Brighton prints on the wall remind you where you are staying-and the flat is a 2 min walk to a bus stop which takes you into town. The parking was a big bonus too, for so close to Brighton centre. The cleanest holiday rental we have ever had, and we will be back again many thanksx

“Luxury Convenient Apartment” This apartment is absolutely delightful should you want the peace of a seaside resort, hand in hand with a vibrant city 5 minutes down the road. I stayed here with 2 girl friends and we had a really relaxing time staying in the apartment and wandering out into the city when we wanted to. Transport was no problem and shops are (very conveniently) local. No problems with noise or neighbours. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation.
