I will go through the points as Mrs ... lists them.
Non slip Bath Mat - We personally do not like them especially in a rented property. You really have to be careful with the hygiene aspect. Mrs .. has been so many times I would have thought she could have bought her own.
Bed Linen - It should be pointed out that an Agency is used for cleaning and linen. We agree with her comments on the black sheet. Earlier on in our Rental we found out that cleaner was using coloured sheets (brown!) and we did request that she only uses white in our house. The reason the Airing Cupboard is locked is that this is also a family house and our own personal linen etc is kept there. If we leave it unlocked our own linen goes missing with the dirty linen to the Agency. If Mrs ..... daughter has an accident there are three other beds not in use that she could use.
Crockery - We did note Mrs.. comments re the plastic crockery and left a notice that this crockery was for use for picnics or the beach. It was never intended to be used in the house.
The same goes for the cutlery in the kitchen drawer.
The crockery on the large pine Welsh Dresser was meant to be different colours and patterns. We think it looks attractive. There is stainless steel cutlery in the drawer.
Fridge - We really don't understand her comments at all. The house is in frequent use by family as well as clients and no-one has had any trouble with the fridge.
A client that also came about the same month as Mrs.. left us an :Excellent: for everything.
