Borovets is of course best known for the international family friendly ski and snowboard resort. New runs, facilities and gondolas have been added as part of the 'Super Borovets' project destined to land the resort with the 2014 Winter Olympics. It's a great place to go in the summer too as the ski lifts take you to the very peak of the mountain tops for some of the best views in Europe.
