    Dear Sir, Everytime I enter a new property and get to the bottom of the first page I am told I have been logged off. When I try to save for later, the site fails to respond and I am given an option of either leaving that page, on staying on the page. Staying on the page button achieves nothing. Leaving the page means I loose all the data I have already entered. I am now on to trying to enter property number six and your website is DRIVING ME NUTS. Please help.

    Hello! I got a mail! Its my first and am little confused.The guests are total 4 (3 adults, 1 child) they say at the mail. But the resarvation says 2 guests. If they are four persons how can I change the total price? cause they will need two rooms insteed of 1. Please I need your help. Thanks a lot :)

    Hello Je souhaite mettre âne annonce de location saisonnière sur le site, j’ai quasiment tout rempli , mais j’ai un problème avec la page lieu, qui est tout à fait bien remplie, mais à chaque fois, on me dit”Vous y etes presque” complétez lieu” Mais ca fait deux jours donc que j’y suis presque, ….     For the price setting, there is NO Ringgit Malaysia ( MYR ) in the list, but i only sell my property rental in Ringgit Malaysia, if I choose USD or other currency , I need to update the price when there is changes in USD currency or other currency. Thank You Rgds Stephen Yuong

    happens to me that accepting requests for reservations, and sending a quote, which then expires and do not take my house, the calendar does not allow me to cancel those dates put on the quote expired, how can I do

    I would like to sync my calendar with other sites where I advertise my property. When I copy the URL in it says not valid URL. The same URL I used on other website and it worked. Why can’t I do it on holiday lettings? Thanks for the help Loredana

    How can I see the total price with and without the booking fee as I could on the old layout? How do I change my damage deposit for different properties if they are all under the same account number? Also the optional extras need to be differentiated but they are the same on the system. We don’t want beach towels as an option for our Yorkshire Dales cottage but we do for our Marbella apartment.

      Hi Lynn. You can see the total price with and without the booking fee if you go to Bookings > View your bookings. You can change the preferences you’re referring to by going to Bookings > Update booking settings and then choose the advert you want to update from the drop down menu. That way, you can have separate preferences for each home. If you’re still not able to change any of this, please do contact our customer services team in case there is a technical glitch.     Hi Rafael. It could be because the system isn’t recognising an email address that ends in .com.uk. Most email addresses end in either .com or .uk.
