    happens to me that accepting requests for reservations, and sending a quote, which then expires and do not take my house, the calendar does not allow me to cancel those dates put on the quote expired, how can I do

    I made an error in the postal code and my ad is published with this error. The apartment is not in the right area. When I go to the change locality section, it is impossible to change the ZIP code …. How can I do? Thank you for your help

    I would like to sync my calendar with other sites where I advertise my property. When I copy the URL in it says not valid URL. The same URL I used on other website and it worked. Why can’t I do it on holiday lettings? Thanks for the help Loredana

    Hi My calendar was automatically updated when an enquiry was made. The booking didn’t happen but now I cannot amend the calendar…and I have a new client requesting these dates, BUT he is being told they are not available ??? Thanks John

    How can I see the total price with and without the booking fee as I could on the old layout? How do I change my damage deposit for different properties if they are all under the same account number? Also the optional extras need to be differentiated but they are the same on the system. We don’t want beach towels as an option for our Yorkshire Dales cottage but we do for our Marbella apartment.

      Hi Lynn. You can see the total price with and without the booking fee if you go to Bookings > View your bookings. You can change the preferences you’re referring to by going to Bookings > Update booking settings and then choose the advert you want to update from the drop down menu. That way, you can have separate preferences for each home. If you’re still not able to change any of this, please do contact our customer services team in case there is a technical glitch.
