“First trip to Barbados and I know it won't be my last.” Albena and Mike were the best host. They made us fell at home in every way possible. From us being picked up at the airport(thanks Roger) to making us breakfast(saltfish and breadfruit).They were not just our host but friends that I hope to meet again. I would recommend this villa to my friends and family.

“Perfect place to stay” We (three persons) stayed at the Yellow Bird apartment in January for two weeks. The apartment was very clean and had everything you need in your vacation. It was beautiful to watch the ocean in the morning while eating on the porch. You are olny few steps away from the next beach and a great bar. It is recommendable to rent a car. Stefano and Elisabetta are very friendly and they always helped us if we had some questions and needs. We can really recommend this apartment and we will surely come back there some time.

“Coffee on the ocean view veranda at Blue Ocean Villa :)” That's how every morning began, an ocean view home away from home, we really loved it there. The cottage is tastefully furnished -wood and art everywhere with French doors that open to the veranda. The bedroom upstairs were simply decorated with comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals and brew coffee. We grilled fresh fish on the gas grill, dining on the veranda The ocean breeze kept us cool, no need for the optional aC. Around the corner from the cottage is Surfer's Bay, our favorite place for a drink at sunset. We didn't rent a car, the bus stop is a short walk and we enjoyed taking the bus. The big decisions were which beach ( Rockley was our favorite).Stefano and Elisabetta are gracious and unobtrusive. The people of Barbados are wonderful - they made the holiday unforgettable. Blue Ocean Villa was a find and I would return in a heartbeat.

“Good” If you are looking for a quiet, scenic, clean and good value place to stay in Barbados then this is for you! We stayed in the Green Garden apartment which is on the ground floor and therefore remains cool and benefits from the seabreeze. The patio is also a nice place to enjoy breakfast or some hammock time. Stefano the owner, who lives on site, took great care of us from arranging our airport transfers to helping us with car hire and advice on where to eat and sightsee. It is as described, 70 metres from the sea, where we saw turtles swimming in the surf on our first night. The number 11 reggae van leaves from the corner shop 5 minutes walk away. This takes you along the coast to Bridgetown vis Oistins and St Lawrence Gap. It's a very frequent service and at only 2 USD/4 Bajan Dollars it is a great means of transport-don't be intimidated by the loud music...it adds to the experience! Should you hire a car it is a great place to explore from as it is conveniently located to the main roads and Crane beach is only a short drive away. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Green Garden apartment and would love to go back someday. Leanne & Luke

“A Wonderful Holiday” We spent 6 weeks at the Blue Ocean Cottage for our holiday. Stefano and Elizabetta had provided great service, and were helpful in every way possible. We spent our holiday in the White Cocunut Studio and found it to be very comfortable, quiet, and very clean. The beach outside the Cottage was magnificent. A car is a must, as there are so many lovely beaches to explore. Barbados is a wonderful island paradise a must to see. There are many restaurants, and so many sights to go visit. We look forwards to coming back in the near future as we had an amazing time. Thank u Stefano and Eli for all your help. Andy and Natalie.
