“Will be returning!” We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the apartment is lovely and clean, spacious, well equipt and has wonderful views of the mountains. The children enjoyed the outdoor play area, there is a lovely pool and spa, perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is perfectly situated, being a short walk to the gondola and the beautiful town where there is many traditional Bulgarian restaurants serving excellent food. Overall we had a fabulous stay and will most certainly be returning!

“Fantastic family friendly apartment - excellent location & facilities” Really enjoyed our stay in Bansko. The resort was very good with plenty of shops and restaurants in easy reach of the apartment. The gondola was a few minutes away which was perfect for us with 3 young children (ages 8,6 & 2). The apartment staff were friendly and helpful. We used the swimming pool, hot tub & sauna numerous times - the pool was deep but our oldest children still managed to enjoy a swim & the presence of the life guard made us feel safe!! The apartment itself was fully equipped if you wanted to cook & it was great to have a washing machine, iron & hair dryer. The apartment owner really bent over backwards to help us at all stages of booking & recommended ski hire, transfers etc. We had a lovely stay in late February - we had a heavy snow storm which the children loved & then beautiful sunshine - which on the apartments sheltered balcony was almost sunbathing temperature!!! All in all we had a great family holiday, much cheaper than other resorts & would highly recommend.
