“Splash Haven!” This review is long overdue. My husband and I stayed at Splash Cottage in august/September 2012 for two weeks. We loved it so much that we have booked it again for august/September this year for 3 weeks! We can hardly wait to arrive and be greeted by cottage owner Paul and his lovely mother-in-law Ruthie who does a fabulous job keeping the cottage in tip-top shape inside. The bedrooms are all a nice size and have ample storage for your travel gear. As the other reviews say it is "fully equipped" and I can't imagine there would be anything you would need that is not provided and if there is, you are only a short distance away from the shops. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay and I mean perfect you won't be disappointed in Splash Cottage. This year Paul has even arranged for the morning paper to be delivered so we can enjoy a quiet read out on the patio while drinking our coffee. Well now that the secret is out I guess we will be reserving our spot for 2014 as I can see this property has become a hot spot to stay at in the lovely Bangor, County Down. Cheers Paul and Ruthie. “Fantastic cottage!” Cottage was fantastic very clean and modern. It had everything you need and more. Fully fitted kitchen with everything. Owner friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again. Quiet and lovely views we loved it. Amazing!
