“Great Experience!” Thanks again Fergus for an amazing trip! Met my fiance here after months apart and couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting. The villa was even better in person. Everything is immaculate and the cleaning staff, pool dude and gardener keep everything above standard. The location to me is ideal as you are a short drive to the bars, crazy nightlife (Patong) if you choose, but far enough away that at the end of the day, you can get away from it all. The EasyHome staff, especially PJ, went out of there way to help us with locating restaurants and amenities, finding us the best deals on excursions and even brought us local food twice...very impressed with the service! The villa is a bit off the beaten path so I would suggest a car but to me that's what makes this villa quiet, peaceful and better than most. I would definitely recommend this place to families, friends and couples as Thailand is a place where any type of vacation is availalbe to you...whatever you want to make of it! “Perfect villa for our holiday” We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks with 3 children, youngest was 2. The villa is spacious, well kept and has beautiful views of Bangrak. Great location for Fishermans Village. Lynne, the property manager was extremely helpful. The villa was absolutely perfect for a stay with a 2 year old due to the practical and safe layout. The pool and the youngest could easily be separated meaning we could all relax and not worry about an accident with the pool. Pool did loose sun by about 2:30pm which again was great with kids as suncream not required for the afternoon. Would absolutely stay here again and now very sad to be back in my own house.

“Great Stay Yet again” We have stayed at Villa No. 5 a few times now and have no hesitation in returning. The staff are fantastic and friendly. The breakfast is great. The location is good and walking distance to many restaurants. The beds are comfy and the aircon works like a treat. The kids love being able to go in the pool whatever time of the day or night. Would definitely recommend staying here. Pizzas at The Island and the end of the gang are delicious.

“Peaceful stay in Koi Samui” This was our second villa stay in Samui with my husband and 2 children. We loved this villa! A very private and secluded plot with the best views of Maenam mountain and jungle. A short drive from main Maenam ring road.. a hidden gem or street of villas. Villa Decor was well equipped and immaculately appointed and fully stocked with all the requirements for a months stay. Pool was a perfect swim size but also a consistent level for kids safety and exercising if required. Great non slip surface around the pool also installed! Brilliant. Owners were so kind and clearly very proud of Villa Decor, the maintenance and upkeep made the villa appear like a new build. Lovely garden to the side of the property for the children to play and 2 really good sized bedrooms in the main house. Also one separate master suite as the pool annexe with an outdoor bath was beautiful. (Great i expect if you had another couple or grandparents visiting also). The maid and maintenance services provided was extremely responsive, we phoned one night on a Friday evening just to enquire when our outside bin was to be emptied (didn't want it overflowing) and the team came 7.30 the following morning. Very good service. If you want a chilled out, private, family stay in Samui then this is the booking for you. We will def book again!

“A Breeze of Nature” It was a nice stay in the property. My family (four of us) went there for a weekly vacation, the place was big and spacious even though the owner set it for two people. Location: The property located on Dniwind Beach Road, a 8-10min walk to the beach(where you can find Nami and West Cove etc.). Path to the property was a long and winding steps with lovely trees and flowers. Inner Decoration: As mentioned before, the house was spacious and clean with southeast asia style inside. As showed on photo, you can easily feel the nature from the house. There is no aircon in the house but cool at night with fan. All the facilities are there for use. The only thing we feel uncomfortable with is the ants. We have to use pesticide everyday to keep them out. Service: the house was kept by a lovely lady-Aisa, she clean the house everyday and provide useful information about surroundings, very helpful. I kept in touch with the Owner by e-mail. Even though we did not meet each other, I can feel that she is a patient and gracious lady. Taking into consideration of all the elements and my stay at the property I would recommend it to the travelers who loves nature and do not mind to take exercises everyday for the steps:

“Great Little Villa, Very Convenient Location” I’ve just spent a wonderful week in Bali staying at Villa No5. There were eight of us and we booked 2 villas, No5 and No7 which are part of a same complex of villas in Seminyak and it couldn’t have been more perfect. What was amazing about No5? • The Villa itself – it’s a 2 bedroom villa with its own pool, and is wonderfully stylish and furnished with simple and very tasteful antiques. The beds were very comfortable and it was such a great treat to get such amazing uninterrupted sleep for a whole week. • The location – No5 is located in Seminyak, within walking distance to wonderful restaurants and bars. There were too numerous to try but special mention must be made about the fab food at Sardine, Café Bali and the wonderfully authentic local Balinese cuisine at Café Carliz. • Ibu Wendi – She’s a wonderful lady who took such great care of all of us during our stay, and cooks the most amazing Balinese food. A meal at the villa prepared by her is a definite must. She was also very popular with the girls for arranging all the manicures and pedicures, and special hair treatments for the girls and the girls all swore that she’s the best experience, like having their private spa. No5 is a wonderful gem and I will certainly be back!

“Perfect Getaway” Excellent Service! The staff went over and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Quiet and serene and very private. Aside from the birds and the bees, you get a sense of tranquility - away from the hustle and bustle of the main beach. The location is quite remote, which added to its appeal. You can arrange for a motorbike rental, if you're daring and adventurous enough to go out on your own and explore Bali. If not, you can always arrange for a tour or guide to take you around - look for Dpana, he's sure to give you a refreshing tour or pick you up if need be. And you get a local phone! Which of course you have to give back upon checkout, it makes it very convenient to call for room service or transport.

“It was all the comforts of home but away from home” We thoroughly enjoyed the house, my wife loved the decor, kid had an awesome time with the pool. The villa is actually cuter than picture. Short distance to the beach is just perfect. The mobile phone provided was a great plus to call a taxi or receive a call from taxi when you're waiting for pick up in other areas, and we enjoyed reserving the restaurants The staffs made us quitely comfortable. It rained many days of the week when I was there, and heavily. Well, I'd like to say, "A rainy day at the villa is better than a sunny day anywhere."

“Fabulous” This Villa is FANTASTIC. It's very central to great shopping & once inside the garden it's super super quiet! The pool Is beautiful & the bedrooms very comfortable. The staff are lovely & very helpful & thoughtful. My 3 sisters & I can't speak highly enough of everyone. Sandrine, thank you, Wayan, thank you & all others behind the scene, thank you. We would recommend this Villa highly to anyone wanting to stay in a busy area, but still enjoy some relaxing quiet time. It couldn't have been better.

“Fantasy Island Experience” We arrived at Viking House after a miserable ferry ride to our group of very excited friends absolutely beaming that this was how we were beginning our island experience. They excitedly showed us around the house and it sank in we were in paradise. The beauty was not the only feature of this place though, Tony the owner was an incredible host, he made himself available 24/7 for any help or information to do with the island and he went above and beyond when my Mother was involved in a scooter accident and we didn't know what to do. Could not have imagined a better way to kick off my time in Thailand and I'm very grateful to have experienced the hospitality of Tony and Viking House.

“Very nice and relaxing vacation” Stayed 8 days at Villa Lovina and have to say the staff, housekeeping, gardner, and Yuni the cook couldn't have been better! We wanted a vacation that we could just sit and relax not have to leave villa and the staff allowed us to do this My husband said most relaxing vacation he has ever had! Villa was nice needs to be updated a little beds were great had some small issues like light bulbs out took until day before we left to get someone to fix but Yuni was on top of all issues we had making sure manager was aware of problem. Food was really good I must say Yuni is an excellent cook we had her cook 3 meals a day for us and can't complain at all! Chocho the gardner new I wanted the fish pond in front of villa to work so he took time and made it work so I could see what it looked like with the water falling over the wall it is so beautiful and very thoughtful of him to work on it I guess manager hasn't gotten fish food in awhile so of course I had to have some so Yuni went and got for me so I hope next guest enjoys feeding the fish as much as I did, I would recommend this villa to my friends cause the staff is so good!! Hope I can come again!

“Total relaxation!” Wow, this place can guarantee you total relaxation! I booked the Perfumed Garden Beach House for my family, 5 adults and 1 child and it suited our wishes perfectly. The house is very spacious as well as the garden. It is literally 10 steps to the beach and what a luxury to have your own swimmingpool and the ocean to swim in. Because the hotel is situated in the fishing village of Lean, you can hear the fishermen go out to sea at 5 am in the morning. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Yes you hear them leave but they really think about your sleep as well so it's not noisy. Around 7 am you can see them come back with the catch of the day. The people from the village are indeed very friendly, want to talk in English to you to practice and tell you about what is happening in their village. We were actually invited to the ceremony of a 3 month old baby! We went, fully dressed in sarongs, and were treated to tea, coffee and sweets. What hospitality! We stayed 3 days and all 3 days ordered food from the hotel restaurant. The menu is great, many choices, the staff brings it to the house so you still have the feeling of eating at home. Home away from home, thank you Life in amed!!

“Best villa in whole Koh Phangan” Me and 3 friends rented this villa for one week and we were extremely satisfied, the pictures are very accurate like the other reviews say. The owner himself is a great guy who's easy to deal with. The view is honestly completely amazing, you haven't seen the sunset until you've seen it from this villa. The only bad thing was that we eventually had to leave it behind. In other words, you wont be disappointed!
