“Nice, well equipped house, making it almost a home from home” Nice, well equipped house, making it almost a home from home. Altogether, quite well situated for beach and shops. Cheap and short taxi ride to restaurants/bars. Very nice and helpful House-Keepers living very close by, for any assistance needed. Would definitely re-visit the house. Good sized for a family of five, and very comfortable beds. Owners were helpful, and accommodating, making the rental procedure professional, and yet with a personable approach. “Casa Caleta is a wonderfull holiday home” My Wife and I have stayed at Casa Caleta several times over the past 7 years and we have never been disappointed. The property is kept well maintained and spotless and the description in the advert fits to a tee. The facilities such as TV, washing machine, fridges, toaster, microwave etc are all modern and well maintained. I think the crowning glory of the property is the large patio with sun beds, table and chairs, a great barbeque and a garden well stocked with native shrubs and plants. The location of the property is ideal being only a few minutes stroll from the town center and a stones throw from the cliff top walk along to Nueve Horizonte which I would highly recommend. We always take some small cubes of cucumber to feed the chipmonks. The property managers Wendy and Ken are very friendly and always on hand to offer any advice as to good restaurants etc. The choice of restaurants in the area is very good and for value for money I would recommend the Aberdeen Steak House. The Fado Rock is very good and very busy most nights and if you like Italian the Casa Nosta is good. For a lunch time drink and snack the Captains Table is the place to go with happy hour from 1pm to 2pm with two drinks for the price of one and a good selection of excellent tapas at reasonable prices. All in all Casa Caleta is an ideal holiday home where one quickly feels at home to relax. I would recommend the property to anyone and it will not be too long before we will be back again all being well

“Fab visit - villa was perfect” our party consisted of 7 adults (3 married couples + 1 single) for our Christmas break. We chose carefully as our requirements were for separate bedrooms for all and use of heated private pool and jacuzzi. The villa totally fulfilled our requirements in these respects and offered additionally a lovely roof terrace which was good when the sun went down, plenty of outdoor seating and a barbecue. The villa was spotless for our arrival. Taxis were plentiful and cheap so no need to hire a car. We used the pool every day aand the jacuzzi many times a day. We just wanted a relaxing Christmas break. All our needs were catered to with plentiful crockery, etc, a large fridge, dishwasher (which was a godsend) and washing machine. The caretakers were friendly and helpful. The local supermarket in the Atlantico Centre had everything we required.

“fab place to stay with no problems.” we have stayed in caleta many times some of the apartments have been good some not so good this one definitely one of the best very clean and comfortable. We eat out so did no cooking there but everything there if you want to Manuela there when we got there very friendly lady she was allways around to help you if need be. we love caleta this apartment right next door to the step inn always worth a visit and pickled palm best food on the island. So people if you pick this studio for your stay its a good choice with no problems.

“Immaculate holiday home for two” Gorgeous holiday home for two people. Everything is new, well thought out and immaculate. It is cleaned and maintained to a very high standard. It's in a good location in town and close to shops, beach, restaurants. The complex is respectably peaceful and it is a very relaxing place to stay. The owner is very helpful and obliging, highly recommended. We had a great holiday!
