"Excellent value and great location"
Myself and my family stayed at this apartment for 3 weeks in September.

Two days prior to the Guests arrival there was a family with very young children staying at the apartment for 6 weeks.
I worked with a friend for two days and thoroughly cleaned the apartment, however I was aware that the settees were stained and needed attention. I had been aware of a smell but it is true to say that at times in Turkey the drains do smell. On reflection it may well be that all furnishings will need steam cleaning which I will be having done immediately.
I will pay attention to the bed problem as I had no idea that there was anything wrong with it. I will check this out and take appropriate action.
As regarding the water problem. There are issues here with water meters sometimes failing and this entails a visit to the Council Offices tied to the meter company. Unfortunately I did not receive any indication of this until a phone call from the Guests at about 4.15pm. By then it was too late to go to the Council Offices as they close at 4.30pm. I went first thing in the morning to sort this out and indeed it did entail a visit from an engineer who pressed further buttons. Once the water was back on I texted the Guests to inform them.
I am sad that this holiday for these Guests was compromised by this experience as Turkey is a beautiful place to visit.
