“RELAXING, LOVELY AND FULL OF CHARM” The villa was exactly as described, spotlessly clean and had every facility you would ever want and more! It is so comfortable and so quiet and peaceful. The grounds are filled with a huge variety of fruit trees and the views are beautiful. It was such a treat to be able to pick the fruit and also to be able to have fresh eggs every day supplied by the lovely hens. The welcome gifts of wine, olive oil, sardines, coffee and more were very much appreciated. Fernando came during the week to clean the pool with even more gifts, so thoughtful and generous. From the moment we stepped off the plane and were met by Fernando and Lucretia we received a lovely welcome and were provided with a wonderful service. Our flight was late and they waited so patiently. Magda and Nelson were very helpful both before and during our stay, ready to answer any questions we had and made us feel very welcome. Sara was also very helpful and friendly. She gave us a lot of useful tips on places to visit and directions. Web really had a lovely holiday, thank you so much.

“A perfect sanctuary for a relaxing stay” Being nature lovers, we chose Lemon Tree Cottage because of it's rural, peaceful, location away from crowds, noise and hustle and bustle. We were not disappointed; with breathtaking views en route to, and from the cottage itself, we quickly fell in love with the area. The owners Mags and Ian were very welcoming, laid back and friendly; nothing was too much trouble and they were very accommodating with our various requests! The cottage was cosy, comfortable, well equipped (with a good shower...v important!) - just what we were looking for. If you like walking and bird watching, this is the place to go...there are some excellent tracks where you can walk for miles and miles (just remember to take a map to avoid getting lost like we did). Climbing into the hot tub after a good day's walking (with dinner cooking on the BBQ) was just pure bliss for our aching muscles. We had a lovely holiday here and highly reccommend this villa.
