About the home

ABBEY GREEN is our gracious studio apartment in Abbey House, located in the heart of Bath, literally right next door to the Roman Baths. The Abbey Green flat is the first floor flat of this Georgian townhouse and boasts a remarkable view of Abbey Green from 3 imposing windows, as well as an amazing view of the Bath Abbey from the kitchen!

The apartment is furnished in an eclectic mix of antique furnishings from Georgian to Deco and has something to please the eye wherever you might look - including the views from the windows!.

There is a FOUR POSTER double bed in the large living room space along with an attractive and comfortable couch, lovely dining table and quality TV, DVD and WIFI. For those who need it, we have a good quality pull down double bed as well, so we can sleep four if necessary - All in the same beautiful room.

The stylish kitchen faces out the back, with the view of the Abbey from your breakfast table. We have a washing machine and clothes dryer in the kitchen as well.

Exactly next door to the Roman Baths and Pumproom, as well the beautiful fan-vaulted Cathedral of Bath Abbey, the house overlooks the old medieval streets that run alongside the Abbey and the Roman Baths. You will be in the very centre of Bath with excellent restaurants, cafes, theatres, museums, cycle paths, hill walking, heritage sites, as well as fantastic shopping all around you. Everything you can imagine is at your doorstep.

Abbey Green has loads of original period detail, including ceiling cornice and wall panelling and is sumptuously furnished with four-poster Victorian double bed, guest double bed, dining table, antiques and comfortable sofa, as well as modern wide-screen TV with DVD, and CD Stereo. The main room acts as both Living room and Bedroom, but it is spacious and gracious enough that you never feel cramped.

There is a stylishly decorated bathroom with shower and the pretty kitchen has all mod cons, including washer and dryer, and is large enough for a four-seater breakfast table offering an amazing view of the Cathedral and Abbey courtyard.

Wonderful wide screen television and good collection of DVDs. Fabulous location and stunning interior make this an ideal retreat in the very VERY centre o Bath.

This is an amazing location. You could not be any closer to the centre because you are literally in the VERY centre of Bath. Ancient cobbled streets lead to your home and all of Bath is at your doorstep!

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY: We will need a credit or Debit Card to Confirm your Reservation:
DEPOSIT: We will be taking a £100 deposit with your reservation which will be debited from your Credit/Debit card, and we will take your balance the same way 6 weeks before your arrival.

We will hold your card details as insurance against any damage, which we do not expect, but just to remind you that you are the one who will be responsible for the condition of the property when you depart. Try to make everyone in your party aware that they must be respectful of the neighbours as well as our property and to leave everything in good condition.

BALANCE: YOUR FULL BALANCE will be taken 6 weeks before arrival.
We will take this from your credit or debit card also.

CANCELLATION: In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit or your full balance, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your funds will be returned, less a £50 Administration Fee.

However, if the property remains unbooked, you will forfeit these funds paid to us in good faith.


NOTE: Because of all the antique furnishings in Abbey Green, this apartment is not suitable for toddlers.

Conditions

Everyone is welcome as long as you, your friends and partners and your children are well behaved.
