About the home

A spacious terraced villa built in 2005 on a new development with communal swimming and paddling pools. It benefits from hot and cold air conditioning.
Built on 3 floors it comprises of a fully equipped kitchen with marble work surfaces, back door leads to small terraced area. Large L-shaped lounge / dining area with table seating for 6 and 2 sofas. CD/ radio and TV with all Sky channels. Downstairs wc and shower.
Marble staircase leads to the first floor where there are 3 bedrooms; 1 double with balcony, 1 twin and 1 single, all have built in wardrobes. The bathroom has bath with shower over, WC, bidet, washbasin with illumianted mirror, shaver socket.
A marble staircase leads from the first floor to the top floor and a fully tiled sun terrace with table, sun umbrella, chairs and sun loungers.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca area has some of the fnest beaches in Spain, most of which are blue flag. La Zenia is the nearest, only 5km away.

Local markets can be found every day of the week at various villages, all are only a short drive away.

The largest town in the area, Alicane is a 45 min drive. Here you can find a busy and large modern shopping centre, historical buildings and high quality restaurants.

The other major town, Torrevieja, is only 7km away and is reputed to have one of the healthiest climates in the world, due in part to the natural salt lakes and an average of 320 days sunshine a year. All major shops can be found in Torrevieja which also boast a colourful local history, a beautiful harbour and excellent restaurants. There is also a fun fair and aquaparc.

La Manga, with it's natural laggon with high salt content, is well worth a day trip.

The abundance of night life and entertainment means that you will never get bored!

The Torrevieja Area / Entre Golf - Villa Martin area

Entre Golf is ideally situated for several superb golf courses, all with 15 min drive.. Villamartin has a championship golf course set amongst olive trees, the well positioned bunkers make it a challenging course for players of all abilities. Las Rambles golf course has natural fairways flanked by high trees and ravines. Campoamor Golf is laid out in two magnificent valleys. A little further away, 30 min drive is La Manga, a world famous golf resort with three 18-hole courses to choose from.

Via Park III is a 2 min drive away with a selection of shops bars and restaurants. In the opposite direction, again only 3 min driv away is the commercial centre of Villamartin offering a much more vibrant night life with several excellent restaurants, including the famous Eduardo's.

Entre Golf offers the chance to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The heated outdoor pool is only 80 yards away, or alternatively, the area offers the opportunity for wonderful walks.

For poker players the area offers many live games, either cash or tournaments. Further information can be provided on request.

There is a choice of 2 airports; Alicante which is 45 minutes away, and Murcia only 25 minutes away. A wide choice of airlines now fly to the Costa Blanca from many UK airports, including Ryan Air, Flybe, Monarch, Easyjet, BMI Baby.
