Brand new 4th floor luxury apartment with security entrance, lift to all floors, in popular location close to all beaches and central to all shops, restaurants and Balcon de Europa. Bus station nearby. Car not necessary although apartment has designated private secure underground parking. The apartment comprises large lounge with dining area leading to small viewing balcony, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite), fully fitted separate kitchen. Lounge and master bedroom has airconditioning and heating. Fans in both bedrooms, two mobile convector heaters.

Ideal for sightseeing and golfing holidays, easy routes to Caves of Nerja, Granada and Malaga.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region

With more than 320 days of sunshine each year, the south of Spain and especially the Costa del Sol offers the best climate of Europe. From the large tourist areas to the small bays the whole coast has transparent waters, beaches with blue flags, modern installations and services, excellent facilities for culture and leisure activities.


Nerja / Central near beach area

Nerja is approximately 45 mins drive from Malaga airport. It is a popular resort but has retained it's own unique identity. There many bars and restaurants catering for all tastes. The Tuesday market and the Sunday "flea" market are recommended. A visit to the Caves of Nerja is a must, as is Ayo's restaurant on Burriana beach for arguably the best paella in Spain!! The Moorish mountainside village of Frigiliana is a short drive, by car or local bus. A trip to the shopping centre in Velez Malaga is also not to be missed, with an excellent golf course nearby.

This is a newly completed apartment building in a residential area. Currently every Tuesday a lively market is held in the surrounding streets. There is no pool but the location is a few minutes stroll to Playa La Torrecilla and Playa El Playazo beaches with restaurants and bars.

Sierra Nevada ski resort is approx one and a half hours drive through the beautiful mountains of the Sierra Nevada. Granada and the Alhambra Palace are also within easy reach and ideal places to visit.


Further details

20% deposit required to secure booking, non-refundable. A £100 refundable security deposit required with payment of rental balance. Full balance required eight weeks before booking commences. Full rental required for all late bookings taken less than eight weeks before required date.
Tarrifs include all utility fees.


Conditions

Smoking is NOT permitted in the apartment, on the balcony or in the utility area.
Children under the age of 16 at the discretion of the owners.
